This was my first time in the area and I loved the location. You get a beautiful view of the mountains and ski resort from the balcony. The location of the condo places you within minutes of various activities and sites. I look forward to booking this condo in the future. We particularly enjoyed the balcony/deck with such spectacular views. All of the other amenities were excellent. We arrived late on the day of arrival and retrieved a single key card for the gated property and one key for the door. We did not receive a passcode for the gate, nor for the individual unit's entry door. The door is equipped with a combination lock. The following day we reached out to the VACASA Customer Service Line, and a pleasant young lady assured us that she would get back to us with a solution for both of those needs. She never responded during the balance of the stay. We were able to find a way for either my spouse or myself to remain at the condo, or to leave the property together. A returned communication, with a solution or at least an explanation would have been appreciated. Also, In our discussion with Customer Service we were told that we could return the key and gate pass to the local office at checkout. As we checked out this morning we found that the local office was closed, and we resorted to placing the items in the key drop box. ##### James B. It was close to grocery stores & restaurants. The beds were comfortable as well. Although we had the lower condo, it didn't feel that way. The views were extraordinary , and breathtaking. Thankfully someone from another group was able to give us a key to the property or we would have been stranded with no access code. Dec 21, 2022 #### Mattress needed The place was beautiful and very clean but the mattress in the master bedroom was horrible!!!! My husband and I on our 30 anniversary had to leave and go sleep on the small bed. One side of the mattress is like it had collapsed. I was literally trying to sleep in a hole.
