This inviting log cabin boasts three bedrooms and two baths, providing a cozy haven for up to six guests. Step inside to discover a thoughtfully designed interior, where rustic charm meets modern convenience. The main floor features a spacious primary bedroom with a luxurious king bed and an indulgent whirlpool tub in the attached bath. Upstairs, two guest rooms await, one adorned with a plush queen bed, the second room with a twin trundle (2 twins) and a shared well-appointed Jack and Jill bathroom with separate dressing areas. Throughout the cabin, comfort is paramount. Sink into the plush furnishings of the living room, illuminated by the warm glow of a gas fireplace with the flick of a switch. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with new appliances, before dining on the covered wrap-around deck, equipped with a gas grill and rocking chairs for leisurely evenings outdoors. For entertainment, three cable TVs are provided, ensuring everyone can find their favorite show or movie. Amenities: Guests of the Lakes Community have access to stocked catch-and-release ponds and a playground and tennis courts in the Seven Devils Community. Location: This cabin is located in quaint Seven Devils, on the same mountain as Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Ziplining, and centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The Seven Devils community offers public basketball and tennis courts along with a children's playground. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University. If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. We are a family of 4 and each teen had their own room. Plenty of tvs to go around. Very close to near by attractions and Blue Ridge Pkway but you are also tucked away from the town with a beautiful view. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The only reason for 4 stars was the master bedroom bed was very soft and unfortunately caused back pain for both my husband and me. Also, the cleaning company did not run the garbage disposal from the renters so the kitchen smelled pretty horrible the first couple of nights. We used baking soda and vinegar to resolve the issue over time. Some of our favorite highlights about this property: Amazing, real flame instant fireplace with the push of a button; sofa’s and armchair all have recliners; Master bedroom downstairs/teens able to have the upstairs to themselves; TV’s in all bedroom’s (upon arrival we discovered the MB and LR TV’s had been replaced with MUCH bigger ones since the photo’s were taken which was a huge bonus); the Jacuzzi tub was wonderful after a day spent siking; Incredible views off the back deck and the location is so quiet and peaceful. We also loved that the blinds blocked all the light in the morning, so no sun streaming in and waking you up. There were plenty of supplies at the cabin. Property was clean and comfy and per description on VRBO. Although we are staying at the Blowing Rock area frequently, we've never been in Seven Devils and we really enjoyed it. It was incredibly clean, comfortable, quiet, and has a lovely view. The location is central to a lot of activities. We really enjoyed our time there. The only issue for us was that the gas fireplace didn't work. The weekend staff of the property management company sent the maintenance crew. However, they could not resolve the problem and needed the gas company to fix it. The point is that the property management company should make sure all advertised features are working before a guest arrives. For this price point that is the expectation. Aside from that, La Casita was a relaxing mountain getaway. ##### Mera G. Loved the location and the accommodations. We went tubing at Hawksnest and the location was perfect. We also went hatchet throwing in Boone, a nice little drive into town.
