It is walkable distance but would not want to do it hauling skis or in ski boots. When we arrived to checkin the door code sent in the email from Vacasa was incorrect and we had to call customer service. The condo actually has a manual lock with one hard key in a lockbox outside. Also the sofa bed had dirty sheets on it when we arrived and the mattress cover was in floor or closet with stains on it. Fortunately there was a clean set on the bottom of coffee table so we were able to replace them ourselves. We were there over a very cold weekend single digit temperatures and heat worked well to keep the condo toasty. There was no dishwasher in the condo. The WIFI was terrible. You are required to sign on through Vacasa each time you need it and it logs off after a few minutes. Would definitely not depend on this WIFI if needed for work or business.
