Just minutes from trails, leaf-peeping, and local charm—your autumn getaway starts here.  
  
The Space:  
This single-family home spans 1,850 sq ft across two levels, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out while still enjoying time together. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for sharing meals, movie nights, or simply relaxing in the crisp mountain air after a day of fall adventures.  
  
Sleeping arrangements include:  
\- 2 King Bedrooms  
\- 1 Twin Bedroom  
\- 1 Room with Twin over Full Bunk Bed plus an extra Twin – great for kids or a cozy sleepover vibe  
  
Prepare hearty fall favorites in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all major appliances, coffee maker (uses #4 cone filters), toaster, and plenty of cookware. Gather around the dining table or step out onto the back deck to enjoy your meal with a side of autumn colors. A BBQ grill is also available (guests to provide propane).

🚭 No smoking is allowed inside the home or anywhere near the property, including decks and outdoor areas.

❄️ During the winter season, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended due to steep and potentially snowy road conditions in Beech Mountain.  
📄 A rental agreement will need to be signed in accordance with North Carolina vacation rental law. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in.
