The main level also features three comfortable bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room for added convenience. Two of the bedrooms boast sliding glass doors, allowing you to wake up to serene backyard views and step outside to enjoy the crisp mountain air.

Up to two dogs are welcome to be included with an additional pet fee. Guests can log into personal streaming accounts or view any of the many free applications loaded onto the smart TV's. Winter travelers should come prepared for the winter conditions with 4WD or AWD vehicles and at times tire chains may be needed. Please be aware there is a ring camera at the front entrance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
