Short term..if no more than 3 days, it would be pretty decent. Longer definitely not. Owners were responsive, property was very clean, but very outdated! Couch needs to be replaced…it sinks in. And there is no full size refrigerator!! Not convenient when you are staying for longer than two days, in which we stayed for almost 2 weeks. Also had to take our laundry off site bc we couldn’t find the laundry mat (even after talking to the owners.) You will also need to take your trash to de disposed of and pay. With the fees you pay in VRBO, not what I wanted to do. Again, very short term good rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental. The location is excellent—just minutes from Beech Mountain Resort, making it perfect for skiing or snowboarding. The beds were very comfortable, and the view was stunning.There were a few drawbacks, though. Communication with the owner/manager was slow. The hot water runs out quickly, so we had to wait about 15 minutes between showers for it to reheat. Parking is also limited, which can be inconvenient if spots are taken by other units.Overall, despite a few minor issues, the cozy accommodations and prime location made it a great choice for our trip

We loved everything about this sweet condo! It was the perfect space for a long weekend for our family. The location was very convenient, and we loved watching the deer outside every day! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a nice warm meal after a big day in the snow. We hope to stay here again!

Great place for a weekend mountain vacation visiting relatives in Beech Mt and eastern TN. Clean, comfortable and convenient, just as described. Beautiful sunrise views in the morning! We will definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive with questions.

This property was clean, comfortable and conveniently located, as advertised. Very comfortable beds were a plus, and the half fridge served our purposes for a three night stay. Loved the security and convenience of the smart door lock and sleeping with the windows open. Terrific option to beat the heat in the summer or access the slopes in the winter.

#### Clean studio apartment on the middle floor, close to lift but not walking distance unless you
Pro: Clean with everything you need, great beddin. 2 min drive to slope parking lot. Con: Trash disposal is on you for some reason, even though you’ pay a cleaning charge.. Taking the trash to a trash center (and you also need to purchuse a trash tag from a store) added time and stress you do not need with young children. For this reeason i wouldnt stay there again.

Our family stayed here for a ski trip to Beech Mountain Resort. The condo is very convenient to the ski resort and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the electric fireplace added warmth and ambiance. The fridge was small, but fit everything we needed for several meals. Loved the large sliding glass windows with a nice view.
