It has heavily snowed days leading up to our trip (the road was a little sketch in the dark) but it was a beautiful view when it was light outside!! Receiving texts prior to our reservation was great! It kept me from having to read through hundreds of emails. The only suggestion I could make : to also receive a text about where to get a key if it’s after hours. I relied on the texts and never fully read the emails so this is partially my fault & drove up the mountain before stopping to grab the key at the “welcome center”. The back deck was our favorite spot to unwind, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and trees. We were lucky to have wonderful weather during our visit, which made the experience even better. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals. (Side note: If looking to use the fireplace as ambiance, there was only a candle-sized flame. We were really disappointed in that as we do like the look and feel of a lit fireplace.) Sep 25, 2020 #### Nice Rental This is a super nice clean rental. The reason I gave it 4 is because when we arrived I did not have a code to get through the gates. I had to call VACASA and wait for a bit for help to get in. The representative said something about a packet to pick up. We did not receive any directions at all for the welcome packet. She was extremely helpful and we were able to get in. Also, a mistake was made for the coffee situation. They have a Keurig machine instead of a coffee pot. the 3rd thing was we could not find any information about where to put the trash. Again, none of these things are issues in which would deture me from coming back to this property. This was the first time I have rented from VACASA. I was extremely impressed with the customer Service. I will be renting more through them. The representative shared with me that this property was new for them to manage. All in all the house was comfortable very clean and welcoming. I would definatly stay here again. ##### Shannon p.
