Please help us keep the home comfortable and safe by following these simple rules: • No smoking inside or evidence of smoking outside – $500 deep cleaning fee if home smells of cigarettes or tobacco. • No food or trash outdoors – it attracts wildlife. •. No parties or events beyond listed occupancy. • Winter travel: 4WD/AWD and/or tire chains required during snow/ice season. Driveway is level, but conditions can change quickly. Guests are responsible for being prepared; no refunds for lack of preparation. • Hot tub misuse (drain/refill if needed): $500\. Always close cover after use. • Trash: Bag all trash and place in outdoor bear-proof bin. Raise the red flag for pickup — if not raised, collection won’t occur.
