Do you want to spend your holiday in a beautiful beach villa and wake up every morning by the sound of the waves? Then we recommend you to book this charming holiday villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a private pool with bale benong and tropical garden and with the beach is just a few steps away. And that is not all, there is also staff available including a cook to prepare all the meals for you! Villa Bundar is located directly on the sandy beach and close to Lovina, the tourist place on the north coast of Bali. From the garden you have your own access to the beach. Most of the year the sea at the north coast is calm with minor current and waves. The beach slopes gently into the sea and is therefore also suitable for children. The location right on the beach gives you an unobstructed view over the sea and you will enjoy your own beach front of no less than 25 meters! The villa is built in a round shape, hence the name Bundar what means ’round’ in the Indonesian language. Because of the round design of the villa you have a beautiful view of all sides. The front of the villa gives you a totally unobstructed view of the beach and the sea. From the back of the villa you can see the mountains surrounding the Bratan and the Buyan lake in the distance. The East and West side gives you a beautiful view of the tropical garden surrounding the villa, with palm trees and flowering plants all year round. Villa Bundar has 3 nicely furnished bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have a double bed, one bedrooms has a single bed. All bedrooms have mosquito nets, ceiling fans and air conditioning for a comfortable temperature. The bedrooms are spacious and we can place an extra bed or baby cot when necessary. There are 2 bathrooms with a shower, toilet and washbasins. There is also an extra guest toilet in the hallway. The villa has a kitchen with all kitchen appliances such as a fridge, gas stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker and water dispenser for fresh cold and warm water. The villa has a large living room with a dining area and a seating area with Smart TV. The living room has sliding glass doors to the terrace from which you have a fantastic view over the Bali sea! At the front of the villa you will find a beautiful swimming pool of 55m², The pool is built in the same round shape as the villa and complements its deep part (7 m x 7 m) with a shallow children’s/sitting area (2,5 m x 2,5 m). On the terrace you will find a dining table and relax chairs. The poolside terrace is equipped with sun beds and parasols. From the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea. The villa also has a nice terrace at the backside with a seating area with a lounge sofa to relax. Both the terraces at the front and at the back side are partly covered by the thatched roof, so you can always sit outside. The villa is equipped with all conveniences such as free Wi-Fi Internet, a Smart TV, a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine, a safe deposit box and there are movies, books and board games to use. You enjoy not only plenty of comfort in the villa but also the service you normally get in a luxury hotel because friendly and experienced staff is at your service 6 days a week! The lady in house takes care of the cleaning, the laundry, the grocery shopping and she can prepare the most delicious meals for you. Also the villa has a gardener who takes care of the garden and the swimming pool and in the evening and at night a guard keeps an eye out. You will have a hassle-free holiday! Villa Bundar has a tropical and very “cozy” atmosphere. The villa is beautiful located, right on the beach and you will enjoy the sound of the waves and the panoramic view of the sea, also in the evening with all the lights of the fisher boats on the sea. The villa is ideal for one or two couples or a family with children. The villa is comfortable and pleasant and, above all, is located less than 10 m from the beach, separated by a small wall and a gate. An almost deserted beach (at least until 4:30 p.m. / 5 p.m. on certain days) How many meals were taken on the terrace, watching (and listening) to the waves. Magic. To be completely honest, we must warn future vacationers that the downside of being on a public beach like this is that, sometimes, even though most Balinese people are wonderfully friendly and discreet people, some of them did not hesitate to stand in front of the villa and happily observed us, took photos, while drinking, eating and visibly making fun of us. No privacy possible in these moments. And no action possible, other than going “taking refuge” inside. It is a shame though that the beach has so much plastic rubbish. This is no reflection on this property, ocean litter is a problem for all of the island. I wish the beaches could be clean. For our family of 4 to have breakfast and dinner prepared by the villa staff would have cost 1.2 million rupiah per day plus the cost of groceries. Much cheaper to eat out or order in in Bali! The villa is not walking distance to the village of Lovina for restaurants but this is part of the appeal. Quiet and relaxing. They provide a driver to get you anywhere you want for a very reasonable price so tours, trips into town to any of the great restaurants is easily organised. We had breakfast at the villa made every morning by the staff which was a delight, and then roamed around between all the restaurants in the area during the day. The following morning we were treated to a complementary Balinese massage at the Villa. There followed quite a few more after that! Our aim in coming here was to simply relax and recuperate after a busy year and we have been able to do exactly that. We have been waited on hand and foot by Ketut and her staff, the meals cooked for us have been delicious and nothing has been too much trouble. The few outings with Ketut, the driver, were very enjoyable, especially the coffee and rice fields trip. We can recommend the 10th Table restaurant and for a special occasion, Damai, which also offers high quality Balinese food. We found the information in the book to be most useful and the drivers have always been punctual and polite. We should like to thank all at Villa Bundar for their attention to our every need. Kadek was amazing and took such good care of us. The pool and ocean was hypnotically beautiful. We had in villa massages. It is beautiful, great pool, right on the beach, so peaceful and relaxing. The staff were outstanding and Kadek the cook made the best meals. Our food prepared by her surpassed all of our restaurant meals. Ketut the customer service was so helpful. She suggested activities, and arranged everything we asked of her. It made everything run so smooth and with very little thought. There was a property book that provided a lot of additional information that we didn't know we needed. We hope to return to Bali, and we WILL stay here again, we hated to leave. ##### Joan R. Personal liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Phänomenale Köchin. Relax-Aufenthalt pur. Einziges Minus - 1 Woche wurde Unmengen Müll am Strand angeschwemmt. 2\. Woche ok. ##### Klaus W.
