The staff is well organized. I like that they bring fruit into the room every day so that they remind me how important it is to think about health and the quality of nutrition. I like the view of the old orchard from the room, which is used by neighbors with children and brightens the environment. I like the idea with the shoe shine machine in the hotel lobby. They show care for their guests even when it is not expected, because every morning they packed breakfast for me to take even though I did not ask them to do so. A hairdryer with a motor and heaters on the wall is a rarity in hotels, but it shows that they plan and think about the safety and comfort of their guests. The only things I recommend to improve are the intercom and the balcony door of the room I stayed in. I recommend this hotel.

Very nice and quaint boutique motel with an excellent and cozy restaurant with delicious food! All the staff is super friendly, would definitely recommend!

Everyone at this hotel was exceptional! The manager went above and beyond as well as the restaurant staff. Food was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely go back!

Very nice and comfortable rooms, great breakfast included. A few kilometers outside of Banja Luka, but as long as you know that, it is convenient stop between Sarajevo and Zagreb. Just make sure you set your GPS for the town of Laktasi, not Banja Luka.

The stay was very good, great hotel, breakfast outstanding, included in cost. Read online that hotel was 3.5kms from Banja Luka but it actually is about 11kms from Centar.

It was an amazing experience. Google maps directed us straight on the spot. Reception staff was excellent. After check in the girl asked us to join the bar for a free drink. Indeed insisted on. Apartment was excellent with a balcony. Bedroom were neat and clean. Linen was fresh. I had a scare that mobile data did not work in Bosnia and I was relying on mobile data for google maps. Reception staff was very helpful and guided us to various options . One staff member advised to use off line maps and navigation which worked well. We had pizza at the restaurant with freshly made soup. Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly. The ambience was great. Breakfast was great and served from a very tasteful menu. Radh ( hope I spelt his name right) was a great host and made us feel like being at home. I shall certainly like to stay Vila Victorija and will like to meet the staff.

we loved Vila Victorija
If you don't need to be in city center, then make your way to Vila Victorija. The boutique hotel seems new, not a scuff mark in sight. It is beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, and there was plenty of parking available. The room had several electrical outlets (always a problem for us) and internet connectivity. We ate dinner at the restaurant the night we arrived and had a delicious meal and chose a local wine. Breakfast is provided and is prepared on the spot for you from an extensive menu. Also very good. The proprietors (owners?) were helpful and checkin and checkout were quick and easy. They also helped us with our luggage as there is not elevator. There is an ATM located directly across the street which was convenient as we didn't want to return to city center. If we were ever in Banja Luka again we would stay at Vila Victorija. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel in Banja Luka
Hotel located close to the highway Banja Luka Gradiska, easy accessible. Although there is a distance to the city the drive and orientation is easy. Very friendly staff.Restaurant serves tasty meals but unfortunately allows to smoke. You can not escape from it. There is enough free parking space. No lift in the hotel

fantastic but not central
this was the best hotel of our trip for several reasons. The room was immaculately decorated, and felt like home. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was superb. The reception was incredibly efficient and friendly. And we got some free apples. The downside was the distance from the centre of Banja Luka- it would be ideal as a stopover,being near the motorway, but is less suitable as a tourist hotel. A final mention to the waiter in the restaurant, who served us a cracking brekkie!!!

Great room for the price plus excellent breakfast!
We found ourselves having to stay in Banja Luka one night and came across this delightful hotel, located right on the highway out of town. We were so exhausted (after having driven all the way from Dubrovnik) that we didn't notice any highway noise.

4 Bikers very happy and would recommend 100%
The hotel could not have done more for us - they were friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities such as Wi-Fi and shower were excellent. Parking was 1st class, they help secure our bikes overnight. The adjoining restaurant is top class, great choice of food and drink. This was one of nine restaurants we stayed in in the Balkans region - it is one of the top 3, yet the others charged 4 times the price. The hotel even sent on pictures of us departing on our bikes. Highly recommended to any traveller. Best of luck to the hotel, if in the area we will certainly call back.

Vi bodde en natt som sista stopp innan flygresa. Komfortabelt rum med AC o kylskåp. Hotellets restaurang var mycket bra med väl tilltagna portioner. Frukosten också utmärkt med allt vad vi ville ha. (muesli, joghurt, ägg, ost...)

Prisvärt hotell i en förort till Banja Luka. Det fanns vad man behövde för en övernattning och vänlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet har en egen restaurang där åt vi en god måltid. Frukosten som ingick i rumspriset serverades alacarte. Vi fördrar buffe så man äta i egen takt. WiFi fungerade ok på rummet

Sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel
Ich habe selten so gut geschlafen wie in diesem Hotel. Es ist stilvoll und bequem. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren ausgezeichnet und die Badewanne mit Whirlpool ist sehr angenehm. Auch der Service ist zu loben, da man ihn wirklich zu jeder Tages- oder Nachtzeit in Anspruch nehmen kann. Das angeschlossene restaurant überrascht mit reichlich Auswahl und sehr günstigen Preisen. Ich würde gern wiederkommen.

Ett mysigt hotell med romantisk inredning. Mycket bra restaurang med stora portioner till bra pris. Även om hotellet ligger en bit från Banja Luka passade det oss perfekt för en natt innan vi lämnade landet.

Ottima esperienza sopra ogni aspettativa. Hotel molto curato nei dettagli e molto signorile che rispetta le 4 stelle. Abbiamo provato anche la colazione ed è stata molto buona. Staff perfetto. Peccato essere rimasti solo una notte.

Établissement récent, bien aménagé, les chambres sont grandes, luxueuses et propres. Bonne connexion wifi, bon choix de chaînes télé, facilité d’accès depuis l’autoroute. La nuitée inclus le petit-déjeuner au restaurant ainsi qu’une consommation gratuite au souper. On y mange très bien, le service est excellent, seul bémol c’est fumeur et en tant que nord-américains nous avons perdus l’habitude de manger alors que d’autres fument mais comme la clientèle est principalement locale et que la plupart sont fumeurs, le restaurant ne peut pas réellement l’interdir pour l’instant. Il y a quelques tables à l’extérieur et la nourriture est vraiment très bonne (choix variés au menu)
