Accommodation is in the studio (6 guests), the Stables across the covered courtyard (16 guests) and in Tal Y Bont Cottage which is self-contained and sleeps 2. Dog Friendly - Tal Y Bont Barns is as dog friendly as you like. There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. Suitability - Accommodation for up to 24 guests across three units, each with its own bathroom (s). No stag parties Kitchen - Fully equipped large kitchen that allows for caterers to cater for all who stay or for easy home cooking. Range cooker, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, coffee machine (takes Nescafe Dolce Gusto pods), cafetières. Plenty of storage space and a large kitchen table. Door into sitting room and out into the courtyard. Kitchen - There is a separate large kitchen in the studio Sitting Room - Door through from the main kitchen to a large sitting room/entertainment room with a bar area and plenty of space for gathering together for drinks, games and dancing. Stairs up from the dining room to two first-floor bedrooms: Tal Y Bont studio has 3 bedrooms (King, double (in the mezzanie up a steep ladder with liited headroom) and twin Bathrooms - Family bathroom shared by Bedrooms 1 and 2 equipped with a bath with shower over, two basins, WC and bidet. Family bathroom shared by Bedrooms 4 and 5 with bath, two basins and WC. Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom. Utility Room - Utility room with dog-friendly area with washing machine and drying racks. Stables part of the Farmhouse (sleeps 12) - Separate converted stable accommodation with four units surrounding the covered outside seating area. Each has its own bathroom, televisions and tea/coffee making facilities. Bedrooms - Bedroom 6 (Merlin and Hobby) sleeps 4: Merlin has a king-sized bed, tv and kettle for tea/coffee.
