Short 10minute drive to the Universities and major colleges. 40 minute drive to Bar Harbor to explore all the hiking trails and attractions. 1 hour to Millinocket to climb Mt. Katahdin. 3 bedroom duplex with 3 levels. Main floor you will enjoy a spacious living room with large 70 inch flat screen tv with sound bar. Relax on our leather sofa and recliner. Enjoy cooking like a chef in the large fully equipped and spiced stocked kitchen with large butcher block island that give you plenty of space to prepare you next meal. You can eat at the island , or you can sit at the high top table in the dinning room. Second floor you will find 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom with tub.
