Helpful, kind workers and a clean room/hotel! Loved the text option where they contact you and you can ask questions during your stay with a prompt response. The only issues I saw was that the door on the side of the building get in can be sticky and you have to pull hard to get back in and the parking lot has lots of very bad potholes. Other than that we had a very nice stay.

A nice clean property and good stay. Only thing I would change is the pool didn’t open until 9 am and my kids and myself are early birds so we were up by 730 ready to get some energy out!

Everything was great the only negative was that our first morning's breakfast both the eggs and the hashbrowns/potatoes were full of peppers which my husband is allergic to so he didn’t have much options for breakfast. Our second morning’s breakfast was good though, as the eggs didn’t have peppers so he could at least eat them. That was our only complaint about our stay.

Beautiful, spacious room. Lovely, hot free breakfast. Very pleasant staff. Only complaint was the pool area smelled very strong of chlorine and made your eyes sting and water. We would stay here again though. It was a convenient location for close by shopping.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn during a recent weekend basketball tournament for my two children. The hotel was very busy with many families coming and going. Our room was nice and very clean when we arrived.

We have a great stay. The only negatives we had were that the hot tub was closed in the middle of the day on Saturday for maintenance, which we assumed were cleaning because jets were still running. I called about pool hours once and the person at the reception’s desk was not very nice and hung up with phone before I was done speaking. The day of check out we swam from 9:00-9:30 and when we came back, house keeping was standing in our room trying to clean even though we had not checked out and it was 9:30. I told them we had not checked out yet and that we needed to change and we’d be out of there. We changed and packed up and they were still outside our door and said “you’re checking out right?”? we felt like that was rude considering it was 9:40 at this point and felt very rushed.

Very good stay, good breakfast, and clean room. The issue that I had was that I brought a Pet and booked through hotels.com which said it was pet friendly. When I arrived, upon arrival, I signed a pet release form, and they took my card for any incidentals. The next morning I was charged a $75 pet fee, which was never disclosed upon my arrival or the next morning until I received the bill. The hotel chain needs to disclose any fees upon arrival.
