This charming old home has 3 BR, all upstairs. The shower is in the downstairs bathroom off the kitchen. That was fine for us, but some people may not love that. The new split heat pump system is effective for heating and cooling the spaces. Owner communicated well when needed. This home is central to everything and has a great gathering space.
