On road parking to front and rear. No smoking. . Quarry Cottage is a spacious mid-terraced property and is ideal for a family holiday in North Wales. It is conveniently located, just a short walk from a good selection of shops, pubs and cafés. Bethesda is a former slate town on the fringes of the Snowdonia National Park and is now famously the home of North Wales’ most exciting attraction, Zip World. The Ogwen Valley is less than a mile away and is a superb spot for outdoor enthusiasts, with exhilarating walking opportunities, and Snowdon itself is easily accessible from nearby Llanberris. Quarry Cottage also offers storage for bikes, with a traffic-free cycle route starting in Bethesda and heading towards the university town of Bangor, home of the National Trust’s Penrhyn Castle. Caernarfon and Conwy with their magnificent castles are nearby, and the Isle of Anglesey with its 125 miles of coastline, is easily accessible. Beach 7 miles. Shop and restaurant ½ mile, pub ¼ mile.

Great place for family and was close to zip wire which we went on. Everything was clean and homely. Lovely gesture leaving cake and wine.

#### Bethesda stay

The property was comfortable and conveniently located for all the places we visited during our stay. There are a couple of things to mention; the door to the washing machine did not shut properly although we did get round that and it would help if there were hooks on the backs of the bathroom and bedroom doors. Ideally there should be another toilet as if all bedrooms are occupied relying on one can sometimes be a problem. However, we enjoyed our time there and would certainly be happy to stay there again.
