The place itself is pleasing and comfortable. However during my stay the pool and restaurant had been closed for a while and were scheduled to reopen just as my stay ended. I will probably go again because it is easy to access and walking distance from the entertainment.

Hotel is good for the price. The rooms are pleasant but no kettle for tea or coffee. Pleasant staff friendly atmosphere. I would stay again.

First the receptionist are so helpful getting taxis telling you about we’re to go in Bangkok the room was very clean and large unfortunately the pool was not open but you could still sit in the sun if you wanted

Nice pool rooftop area but the property is older and a little worn down. The room was small. On website claimed normal price $100 but discount to $35. $35 is the appropriate price. Even in lobby posted price is $66.

The friendliest reception staf you can fiend.
Good stay as always. But the water in the shower in the room was not hot, but the have start renovate the 1. floor, so hope it will be better. But the service from the staff, is good as always. And the service from the front desk reception is the very best you will find. I dont remember the lady in the receptions name (But she has been there for some years and she is so nice and friendly), and when I arrive at the hotel she welcome me with a "Welcome back again" that was really nice to be remembered. The very best service you can get.

The staff is always friendly and there is very little turnover. The rooms are as advertised and the wifi was very good. I usually stay at this inn when I come to Bangkok for a reason.

I liked the free shuttle to Nana every 30 minutes. The pool needs better filters...the water was cloudy with white particles floating in it. The TV and Internet were good.

Vacation 2 day stay
Nice abd clean hotel Located 5 min walk to Nana plaza and you can use hotel tuk tuk to take you up the road. About 7 min walk to BTS And 15 min walk to 21 terminal mall. Rooms were nice and clean Bed was comfortable. Daily room service Restaurant downstairs and nice pool with bar upstairs. Restaurant and mini bar prices were high Walk 2 min to 7 eleven and get drinks and snacks 3 times cheaper. Service were great We arrived at 9am and check in not till 2pm Sirimone (reception) were awesome she got us checked in ealy as rooms became availabe and was very helpfull with everything. Overall great hotel will definatly stay there again!

There r no charging points in the room. No ironing facilities. Even if u take your own iron can't charge as there are charging points. Room facilities differ from one to another in the same category.

Very pleasant stay. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, majority of guests from certain Asian location tend to take over the hotel, lobby, swimming pool without any other regard to other guests. Staff are too nice to raise any objections. Hotel management need to issue those guests with "how to behave in the hotel information sheet" otherwise many guests may decide NOT to stay. This was my 4th visit there and unless things change, it will be my last.

Was situated in close proximity to entertainment district and Bts with a free tuk tuk every hour. Hotel was still quiet with restaurant and swimming pool on roof.

Hotel was great no real problems. Buffet breakfast was excellent changing every day. All that was missing was bacon. WiFi would not work on my MacBook although connected fine. Worked for phone so not a big problem.

Great staff lovely room
Great location with good, clean room. My praise has to go to the staff here. I was very ill with food poisoning (from a different place!) and the staff were so accommodating and did not charge us for late checkout due to how poorly I was. Really looked after us which made all the difference in the situation!
