Incredible experience at W Bangkok. This was one of our best travel experiences in recent years. Everything was perfect: the hotel, the location, the facilities, and above all, the staff.

An amazing place to stay where the staff elevate the experience, from Tokky who arranged dinner for us, DeeDee who recommended the best cocktails to Clean, Nom and Matthew in the bar who made the whole stay really magical.

I've stayed at W's in the past and this was a step above at a reasonable price. I had to make some last minute changes to my reservation and the staff was accommodating and professional. Hated to have to leave early.

Hotel Needs Updates to 21st century
Review for W Hotel: The overall experience at the W Hotel was satisfactory, and I must commend the service which was indeed excellent. However, given the brand's reputation, I had higher expectations in terms of comfort and technology. The absence of A/C in the elevator, especially during hot days, was quite discomforting. The tablet, which is meant to control room electricity, required a daily reset due to malfunctions that also caused the AC not to work properly. Moreover, I was surprised to see a non-smart TV without streaming services like Netflix in the room. Considering the premium price point, I'd suggest it's time for some updates and renovations. There are comparable hotels in this price range that offer better amenities.

Hotel was a little kinky in my own view as there is a red curtain the moment you step in and it was an open concept toilet. Room are clean and fantastic. Location wise in my view was not as good as i hope for. Nothing around the surrounding except a 7/11 and starbuck cafe otherwise nothing much.

We had a wonderful stay at the W. The staff were really nice and spent the time to chat and get to know us. They even spent the time to show us around the house of sarthorn and the history behind the hotel.

OK only hotel
Hotel looks good. Room clean. Lighting very unique. Especially the bathroom areas. All walls in see thro glass panels. Glass can be controlled by a button and no longer see thro. Is a talking piece for us. Lousy things about this hotel are the pool area and the breakfast. Breakfast is not worth the price. A cleaner was cleaning a door dividing the smoking outdoor to the dinning area while the breakfast was still going on. Thus all the cigarette smoke came into the air con room. This show bad management of the service department. Shouldn't be a 5 star hotel

Wonderful stay at W Bangkok
Right from the moment of booking a stay at the W Bangkok, the hotel live up to its reputation of being one with high standards. I received an email confirming my stay and all special requests have been noted almost immediately after I booked my stay. The Wonderful room was super clean, spacious and the bed was so comfortable! The room stylist was diligent in keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay there. The location of the hotel is perfect. It is very near to Chong Nonsi BTS station with sheltered walkway to Sathorn Square. W Bangkok is right beside Sathorn Square. A convenience store (7-11), a pharmacy and cafes including Starbucks are at Sathorn Square. There is a small portion between the hotel and Sathorn Square that is not sheltered. I was actually stuck at Sathorn Square due to heavy rain on my last night and the team at Whatever/Whenever was so kind to fetch me with an umbrella! I am just so impressed with the services and the attentiveness of the team at Whatever/Whenever! The attentiveness and prompt response of its team of dedicated staff will definitely wow you away! It was a really great stay at W Bangkok and one which is wonderfully impressive! I will definitely be back!

As always, W hotel is a great hotel to stay for oversea trips. Staffs at door, reception, Woobar and Kitchen Table are great. Room is clean, with slight metro train sound till midnight but still acceptable, unless one are sensitive too this sound then should request for more quiet room. Gym are equipped with very good equipments for great fitness workout. One suggestion thought, although Kitchen Table breakfast sere with great food choices, but from Mon-Fri unchanged dishes is some how feeling boring, so there's room for improvement here.

It's my favourite place to stay in Bangkok. However, this time it was spoiled by some kind of a motorcycle enthusiasts' event. The staff were of course very nice, and nothing bad happened. However, sometimes I felt I was transported back to the American highways with the wild bikers and their menace. Quite jarring.
