Enjoyed the roof top pool. A couple blocks from many restaurants. Always a taxi or tuk tuk available. Beautiful well kept room. Breakfast buffet very nice.

- The hotel is dimly lit and gives off an outdated travelodge / love hotel vibe. The carpets are threadbare, there are stains in the floor and marks on the walls, the lighting fixtures are dirty, the vents have loose screws. - The smell in the rooms and hallways was musky reflective of the environment. - The staff there clearly despise their job and the tourists even more. - The breakfast was mostly inedible. The noodles was disgusting and you can see into the kitchen where they make the breakfast, and it is so unappetising. - The staff at the front desk are liars and not useful. They ruined my first day there. I told them I wanted to take the shuttle tuktuk with my family 15 minutes before. She said it would leave at 9am. I saw 4 people waiting ahead of me so I asked whether there would be enough space and she said there would be as there are two tuktuks. At 9am the first tuktuk left with 4 people, and no driver came for the second one. I then asked when we could leave and she said they’re every hour! - On the third day, the hallway smelled strongly of weed. - The shampoo/ shower gel are so tiny for two people. 25ml shower gel which means 5.75ml per shower - assuming two people and a shower in morning and evening (35 degree heat). That’s smaller than a teaspoon. - Dirty cups left in the hallways for days. - The room cleaning was bare minimum

If the hall way smell weeds people smoking weeds might just came back. I would not return to this hotel because of the poor first impression. When I first arrived at the room, the floor was dirty, mat under the coffee table was dirty, the bed got dust (very obvious on a white sheet), the desk and coffee table both got dust and . It's a very very long distance to walk to main road. The hotel provides hourly tuk tuk service to BTS/MRT Asoke hourly from 7am to 8pm. Brekkie options are ok.

Good employees.
Great staff. We weren't ok with the room we were given due to a smell. They changed rooms for us with no problems. Kimm was especially helpful but they are all nice. They should ban smoking around the pool though.

We really like the people who work here, the beds are comfortable and breakfast is good. So is the location, The only problem was they kept running out of towels. They’d take them away late morning and give you clean ones a few hours later. I’d rather they left me a used one than none at all.

My husband and I had a lovely stay. The staff were all very warm and friendly. Our room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great with lots of hot water at bay time of the day. We had complimentary water in the fridge each day. The rooftop bar is good n the evenings. Decent cocktails and food is served. Breakfast was lovely with lots to choose from. We were within walking distance to Terminal 21 for great shopping and many eateries.

Solid choice!
Overall very happy with hotel. Small but nice room, good a/c in room, hot water, great water pressure, and solid Wi-Fi. Free breakfast was exceptional; and the small room service menu was good enough and the food was solid. Two very minor complaints: 1) a/c in the breakfast area could be better. Having a coffee would result in sweating (October timeframe). Location is close to things in general but way down at the end of soi/street. Free hourly shuttle offsets this. I would recommend, though I have nothing to compare it to in Bangkok. Great staff!

Property is in a good location for soi 11. Otherwise the hotel is hard to access by public transport. The traffic surrounding the hotel was problematic also, from midday until 1am.

Nestled in a highly sought-after location, the hotel boasts of convenient location with drivers happy to transport you to and from your destination. Impressively, the hotel is situated in close proximity to the airport, which is an undeniable convenience. Moreover, the hotel's strategic placement provides guests with a plethora of attractions to explore and indulge in during their stay. However, the swimming pool may not be suitable for young children who cannot swim, as it lacks a shallow area. Additionally, the dinner service was rather slow, with multiple instances where I had to venture out to locate a server. It took more than 45 minutes for the food to arrive on multiple occasions. On a positive note, the rooms are incredibly spacious, with the family rooms boasting an abundance of beds. Overall, the hotel's location is superb, and I hope for faster dinner service in the future.

Try out this hotel
Service staff was very helpful and accomodating...makes my stay enjoyable. Only issue is the location..10min walk to the main road bit far. The tree transport service should be more frequent as the present free schedule duration is too long. Otherwise, the stay would have been excellent

The first day they told us we had 200 baht per day to spend as a expedia silver member, and vip perk. We made sure to spend 200 baht a day just for that perk, then at the end of the trip, told us we did not get it, and had to pay.

It’s the second time I’ve stayed while in Bangkok. Friendly, polite staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and a nice roof top pool with bar. Look forward to staying there when I return to Thailand.

So friendly and welcoming ..from the fellow who took my suitcase, girls at reception , to the tuk tuk driver ! Clean and quiet , delicious food , drinks by the pool …5 minute shuttle to great shopping, steps away from pubs and restaurants… and don’t forget an in-room massage .

wow what an incredible stay! staff was unbelievably helpful and kind, complimentary breakfast was wonderful, the pool deck bar is stunning, and the hotel is close enough to walk to the downtown area for shopping and restaraunts and just so much to do! it is a bit of a walk, so there are tuk tuks available always id you dont want to walk. maitria mode totally exceeded our expectations, and should we ever return to bangkok, (which we likely will) we will without a doubt stay here again. thank you!
