The staff was always available and attentive. It seemed like there was additional staff performing repairs on the property. I asked about using the laundry (self service laundry) and was directed to talk with the staff nearby. The attendant was prepared to replace some coins for cash but everything worked out in theend. I tried the buffet breakfast and it was okay.

From the website, the hotel looks amazing. That being said, it isn't what it may have once been. When we arrived, I did not find reception to be very helpful at all. They were not willing to work with me to make a few needed changes. In my room, a tissue had been stuffed into the peephole for the door. I guess it was broken and they did not see the need to repair it. The shower head in my bathroom had mold clearly growing on it and it made me fearful of even showering in the bathroom. The breakfast is very limited and is the same every day. I ws there with students for an academic competition at the King power Center. There were other schools staying there as well and the other chaperones were not keeping an eye on their students. There was a couple of rooms of boys at the end of the hallway and they were constantly in the hallway making noise and unsupervised. I would not choose to stay here again.

this is a very nice friendly clean hotel. I stay here every visit to bkk. The hotel room are nice size. staff are very friendly and nice always reslove any visitor problems quicklu. Many rooms have been renovated and the the room that the staff work on during the day, the staff is carefuly to quitely. The hotel is very close to local resturants with good food.1000 feet to mall with theater and 1500 fett to BTS stop roof top pool and resturant for breakfast only

location is very convenient to resturants, shopping mall and most importantly the BTS is 1 block away. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Roof top pool is a plus and almost never crowded. I think the staff should mention the other amentities like gym, sauna, massasge etc on site but not advertised. A lunch or dinner option inthe resturant would also be a nice addition

My bathroom drainage room number 919 was partially blocked making drainage water to accumulate within the bathroom. I complained about it an was never fixed. So for four days I ensured the inconvenience

Dear Guest, Upon your informing at reception that you found cockroaches in room and the staff go to your room and found nothing. I have checked history and I found that you need to cancel at the first time you come because you need to stay other area that why you try to complaint us with many reasons.

Good location
You get what you pay for. Although, the rooms are very badly isolated, the cleaning lady have a tendency to wanna go inside the room even if the DND sign is up and the rooms needs a renovation. Location is good though.
