It is a studio room in a condo (23rd floor of Ideo Mobi) near to On Nut BTS. I had to pay a 2000 deposit and a 800 service fee (non-refundable). It has all the condo facilities. The room is small (20 m2) and comes with a small Kitchen with Washing machine. The view from the room is quite good but noisy due to the trains running.
