The facilities were clean and decently comfortable for our needs. We enjoyed using the kitchenette and washing machine in the room. The place is located down a quiet street away from the city noise. Walking is a bit far from the BTS if you don't enjoy that sort of thing, but they do offer a free tuk tuk service to the BTS from 7:00-19:00 to help compensate, which we used a few times. We disliked the bathroom window constantly being open, letting in the bad city air, although there was a mesh screen to keep bugs out. Additionally, the pillows are really thick and uncomfortable to sleep with, so we ended up using the couch pillows instead.
