Ive stay before last year and they have completed some renovations. Very appealing outside appearances with a simple but useful interior. An inexpensive place that may not be exactly convenient to a lot of people in location but perfect for many. Western people will find it simple with basic needs met but familiar. Staff is friendly although not strong with English. Strong enough that I who is myself weak with Thai had little trouble communicating my needs. However, housekeeping/cleaning was definitely horrible. A used condom was in garbage bin as they don't change the bag. Black water was in the water boiler, obviously they don't empty or clean up the boiler. Sheets and towels are with some serious stains.
