This meant that despite paying through the expedia website the new management had no record of my payment and i had to pay the daily rate to stay at the hotel in addition to the rate i had already paid. Expedia have so far not issued me a refund despite my request. I had to use the lobby anytime i wanted to use the internet as my room was an absolute dead zone - and i was not the only one. My biggest issue was the mosquitoes in my room - especially the bathroom. I never once opened my window, but my room was just a swarm. This is not a new issue, either, as you could find dead ones smashed all over the walls in there. I didn't see any bellboys in evidence either. 2) The bath room suffers from the standard issues with Thai hotel bathrooms - the knobs were loose, didn't manage to get the hot-water to any degree of comfort, no shower curtains and hence the water spills over and makes a mess. Pros: Quiet location Friendly staff Nice hotel foyer where there is seating and it is quiet.
