Great price and location. Building had seen better days. Have stayed 3 times in this hotel and twice had a room with a water leak in the ceiling. Room is always clean and staff very friendly. a damn good hotel unless you are some rich dingleberry who is accustomed to 5 star penthouses.

Great location
The location is excellent - just a 5 minute walk to Asok BTS and MRT. Despite being on Sukhumvit it’s remarkably quiet & the pool area is relaxing. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to reach my room.

Convenient and good value.
Stayed for a week in October. Had a nice and spacious room which was cleaned everyday. Very small pool. Location is very convenient to both BTS and MRT only 3 blocks away. Theres also some restaurants and bars around to choose from. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to have easy access to trains and a good and comfy rest for a good value.

Location near Sukhumvit is ideal, it is a budget hotel fo sure and an okay place to stay for a night or two. Our only concern was with air conditioner that didn’t seem to put out cold air, merely cool air which can be a life or death situation in the humidity of Bangkok. Upon checking with the front desk, they offered to move us next door.

I booked hotel for 3night staff’s very kind and nice when I arrived first room I found out the lizard and ask them to help then they decided to changed me to the 2nd room no lizard but a lot of mosquitoes and so noisy from the hotel next door they’re renovating until 2330 so in the morning they started their work again so I decrease to check out and asked for refund for 2night that I didn’t spend staff’s very polite to told me that I can not refund and ask me for changed room again and I told her about problems that I got she told me that the hotel next door they asked gor permission to renovate until 2200 so I no have reason to stay more night for no have any good rest here.

Swimming Pool was a Plus. But it would be better if the pool was deeper, instead of just 1.2 metres. But i guess, there are safety concerns, especially woth children using the pool, so i guess it's okay.

Good location but quite noisy from traffic and noisy old aircon units. The rooms are small but the bathrooms are clean and new. Overall ok for an overnight stay and more of a backpacker hotel but you get what you pay for.

Stayed here before in a room with a pool view. These are better rooms, but as it was only one night so didn't bother asking to change. The room was clean but had seen better days. The hotel is convenient and for the price value for money. The pool is OK too. Remarkably little sound considering it is so close to the Sukhumvit road. There was building work going on which started at six o clock, but if you're in Thailand everyone gets up at six.so just get used to the idea or pay a lot more for your hotel.

Truthfully? When I arrived they didn’t have my booking set, and no one was staying in their hotel, the pool was not heated, and I expected more room service. 6-7 days of my stay my hot water wasn’t working by morning time, I had a difficulty bc I really enjoy my hot showers in the night time and also In the morning, additional I didn’t get a choice of coffee even though it was provided, two was barely enough since I like to enjoy 3-4 coffees per day, I had to buy water also bc the sample size bottles are barely enough for drinking. The air conditioning on the second floor was barely able to cool the room to room temperature and on hot days of 35 and above it was extremely difficult for me to breathe properly when I slept. 25% refund would be acceptable, considering... the lobby and waiting area was blocked off for one day by photo shoots and I couldn’t enjoy the pool for the entire morning and evening, I receive no notification about the upcoming model shoot and was asked not to disturb the area of the pool bc of their professional work. This isn’t courteous to guests.

Room clean, bedsheets clean, toilet also clean with new white tiles. Location is great ! close to Suhkumvit MRT & Asoke BTS station, only 7 min walk, next to Asoke station is Terminal 21 (where u can find 3-hr free luggage storage with Airportels service). For that price in that area I have nothing to complain. It’s a small cozy hotel yet convenient.

Great stay as always - I stay there almost every year when I pass through. Only complaint was that the room smelt a little damp. But very clean and staff was very friendly. The place is cheap but you get your moneys worth - bed is stiff but I like it that way, and its good for your back

Wifi is poor. Playing chess online was not possible since I got disconnected nearly every minute. Performance on other sites, even CNN, was poor. This was the same on all three days that I stayed there. Nothing wrong with my iPad as it worked fine in other coffee shops. Despite complaints from others, the hotel staff were not rude; just okay. Despite complaints from other reviewers, the pool was fine, not dirty, and people were using it on all three days that I stayed. The room is fine, better than what you would expect from a budget hotel. King bed in my room was nice. Hotel is conveniently located - train station, convenience stores, grocery store (Villa Market), restaurants, bars, malls etc., are all nearby. Overall, decent value, but I will not be staying here again due to the Wifi situation.

Everything is good except for the restaurant bar nearby which plays music pretty loudly until late at night, which can be a problem for light sleepers if you got a room near the bar.

Image of room taken when first updated so its similar but not as fresh. Bathrobes are to hire so don't expect them. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location as right by skytrain. Would stay again but with lower expectations as last in Bangkok 20 years ago and used to get so much more for your money.

Good quiet location. Near to shopping and pubs.
Love the balcony. Good for lazy afternoon watching the world go by. Remember to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and body lotion. Can do better with washable room slippers than recycle used ones. 10 mins walk to Terminal 21 or Emporium. 5 mins to Soi Cowboy with all the pubs.
