Housekeeping wasn’t done first day and we ran out of toilet paper. All the walls are so dirty so I can only imagine the rest. It smells so bad in all the building. We had big cockroaches in the room. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Only good thing about this place is the location right by the BTS and that it is safe.

定宿にしていますが日本はゴールデンウィークなものの平日だったからか、いつもより広い部屋とバスタブつきのよい部屋になりました。冷蔵庫もよく冷えます。 枕元にコンセントがなく、スマホを見ながら充電できないことだけが不便かなと思います。

Although the payment is done via the Expedia portal and they confirmed at the check-in, you are required to pay 1,000 Bahts as a deposit in cash. There is no option to make the deposit with your credit card or other method. I asked the staff if it is possible to return the deposit to may credit card I used for the reservation/payment, and the stuff confirmed it. BUT, at the check-out, they sad they can not return it to the credit card, and only possible with the cash. They told me that it was a mistake of the stuff member who did the check-in. It is very disappointing as I did confirm it several times at the check in....

Hard to justify.
Difficult to judge, its all about expectations, however, here it comes Positive: Kind staff, clean room, in the middle of Patong area ( which we did not know when booking ). Negative: No breakfast, very busy area du to "next door "location to Patong area, hard to find as it was in the backyard of a small soi, dark location as you was just looking into other buildings.

My stay
Not a bad stay but concerned that my ‘pay booking at hotel’ was disregarded. My bank account was debited the full booking amount 5 HOURS before check in time and 6 hours before my arrival. Received an unsatisfactory answer as to why it happened and an offer to bill a different way was not very forthcoming. Would also point out that the promised ‘blackout curtains’ are not blackout curtains, and I wish I had remembered that there is a nightclub next door that pounds bass music until 3 or 4 am. The young man working late night/mornings is very professional and kind. Thank him for me please.

泊まるだけならおすすめ
場所は便利なところにありますが、車がホテルの前まで入ってこれないので、送迎がSiLom通りで車を止めて待つことになりますので、事前に通りまで出ておく必要があります。 フロントの人は凄く親切で、イロイロと相談しても対応していただけます。 部屋は広さはいいとして、やはりタイのビジネスホテルぐらいの清潔度かもしれません。

It's definitely not up to my minimal standards. And, they claim that I must pay cash for stay even though Expedia has apparently debited my account for the cost. I will check it out better when I get to a stable place later this week.
