We have to pay extra for no service. We booked a family room but provided with two rooms instead with extra charge. No cleaning of rooms for all the three days. No proper water, no fridge, no cupboard,no toiletries. Room lock was not proper.

Very deceaving
I would never recommend this place. It is really dirty and runned down . The picture they have up on the website for the room must be the one when it was brand new,forty years ago. I had people try to get in my room at 1 am my second night and I barricaded the door every night after. There are signs that say keep the room clean but the walls are dirty, the bed was broken in the middle, there were hole in the ceiling, and it’s poorly lit.

Horrible, Worst hotel in Pratunam
Horrible experience, Worst people ever, They don't know the meaning of customer service nor they know how to speak with customers, Very bad attitude of staff, Rooms stink badly, it seems they haven't been cleaned since ages, Better to not sleep only then stay in this hotel.

Я не привередлив, но ненавижу грязь. На полу в свежеубранном номере грязь и волосы. В шкафу чье-то грязное забытое белье. Хорошо, что только одна ночь перед самолетом. Хозяева - индусы. Не советую
