It's in a busy area, but still quiet at the same time. There are lots of amenities, including a washer/dryer, which is a plus. There are also two 7-Elevens nearby and a laundromat. We are a three-minute walk from the BTS Nana station, which makes getting around easy. The staff are very polite and welcoming. Breakfast is good with many selections. Our room is spacious, has balcony, kitchenette, washer/dryer, refrigerator and many awesome things. But the maid service needs improvement! The maid did not cleaned our room for 2 days since we were there! Although we turned on the light indicator for maid service before leaving the room, returning 5 hours later and the room was not cleaned. When we asked for fresh towels, she apologized for not cleaning the room. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are empty since the first day we checked in.
