HOUSE RULES: Quiet Times We are located in a residential community. Therefore, we ask that you maintain quiet hours from 10:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect our neighbors. No loud music, noise, or disruptive behavior during these hours. Breakages We kindly ask that you treat the home and its contents with care during your stay. Please note that any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in a fee to cover repair or replacement costs. To ensure the safety of our beautiful onsen home and its amenities, a refundable security deposit of ฿25,000 is required upon arrival. This deposit covers any accidental damage or missing items during your stay.The deposit will be collected via bank transfer at least 3 days prior to your stay or cash upon check-in and refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage is found. Thank you for helping us keep the space in great condition for all guests. Smoking Policy Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A penalty of 8,000THB will apply for odor removal or damage. You are ONLY allowed to smoke in the street area. Pets Policy Please note that pets are strictly not allowed inside or anywhere around the home.
