Very easy.. I showed passport, security gave me package with key and wi-fi info. Next morning maid came to make up room before I was ready so I sent her away. Later that afternoon I went to office to ask for new towels as maid had not returned. They sent maid to room. When I returned to room later it was all made up with clean towels. Internet was down with no apology for day and a half. Beds are very hard. All the wall papers are coming out, filthy smell is coming out from kitchen room etc. We have stayed in room No. 1502 & 1603\.
