Very easy.. I showed passport, security gave me package with key and wi-fi info. Next morning maid came to make up room before I was ready so I sent her away. Later that afternoon I went to office to ask for new towels as maid had not returned. They sent maid to room. When I returned to room later it was all made up with clean towels. Internet was down with no apology for day and a half. Beds are very hard. This is our third stay in this property. A lot of poor maintenance has been noticed. Particularly in the AC's making more noise and less cool. All the wall papers are coming out, filthy smell is coming out from kitchen room etc. We have stayed in room No. 1502 & 1603\.
