Unfortunately, there is a lot of construction on the road -- this made it difficult to get a taxi and very difficult for the taxi to drop us off (the place to turn comes upon you suddenly). We were told that all rooms have a balcony... this was not really a balcony -- an over-sized >window< was the entry, very large potted plants prevented you from actually being on it, and it also appeared to have never been cleaned. Our feet were filthy from going out there (b/c we still wanted to use it!) and the potted plants were full of cigarette butts - which I think is to be expected when you don't provide an ashtray on your balcony. Room was lovely and the jacuzzi bath was nice. The bed was very comfortable. TV only had ONE (HBO) station in English -- that was a huge disappointment for us. Also, when we returned in the evening, it appeared that someone had been in our room: The AC was set to 18 (we would NEVER set it that low and we also thought the electricity would turn off after we left... as it does at every other place we've stayed), and the bath water had been turned on.... very disturbing, but nothing appeared missing. ##### Michelle ### 10/10 Excellent #### Khun Bret, Calif.
