Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit is a great property ideally located with all of the sophistication of a high class hotel. Staff are great but they are at time no understanding of the clients needs and being over charged for a stay was not great customer service.

I had a room on high floor level for my 6 nights stay. It's quiet, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet in the cafe area. Will stay here again next time.
