"The only negative was that it was difficult to find the hotel. It would have been more helpful if there was some kind of help at the airport and more signs on the street. You are an excellent hotel but it was even hard for the taxi driver to find it with the use of GPS. Once we arrived it was hard to find the entrance but the staff was very helpful when they saw us and directed us in. The whole staff was very helpful and friendly we couldn't ask for anything more. "Welcome staff annoying and needed big deposit for our stay. We got excess charges of our room rate . Waiting to be refunded. The charges posted from Expedia could have been enough. The extra deposit was not used and unnecessary because our credit card was handy in using the facilities. Restaurant was expensive. "

"A first stay with my spouse in this Centara hotel. Services provided by hotel staff, from check-in to housekeeping, were excellent. Location of hotel is good and convenient. Hotel is connected to CentralWorld mall. Getting to Siam BTS station is approximately 10 minute walk. To avoid rain and overhead sun, from hotel to SIAM BTS station, the walk path via the connecting mall helps. Room is clean and comfortable. Definitely will return to this hotel to stay again."
