Bon hôtel
Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel très correcte, propre et service impeccable. Mais la chambre était en permanence éclairée par un spot dans le couloir, qui nous a valu Bcp de luminosité la nuit dans la chambre. Le lit est assez dur. Attention aux taxis dans l'hôtel, le prix et le service nous a semblé bien meilleur à l'extérieur. Bons restaurants dans le coin.

Sinceramente nuestra estancia fue bastante buena. Siempre han estado a disposición de cualquier consulta o duda que nos hubiera surgido e inclusivo un día nos prestaron un paraguas grande porque empezó a llover. El desayuno fue variado y más que suficiente, buen sabor y buen producto. La habitación era grande y las camas eran confortables. Si pasáis unos días en Bangkok, es uno de los hoteles a tener en cuenta.

This hotel was better than I expected based on other reviews. The room was good and all was working very well (although some things seemed a bit outdated). Breakfast was very nice. Wifi was working well but you had to enter the password everytime you reconnect. We arrived at 12h30 and had to wait unfortunately until 14h00 to get the room. The lobby was full with guests waiting for their room. Better choose another hotel if you plan to arrive early. They have luggage storage (= bags can be placed at the reception) which was very handy and well appreciated on our last day.

Great but noise from outside
Buffet was good, beds were clean and bed, (we got the triple room), and staff were all very kind and helpful. Only the location was a bit noisy and we could hear the tuktuk's all night even on the third floor and facing the inner street. Other than that, the price and everything else considered was good.

This hotel was selected for its quiet location and our stay was generally pleasant except for the uncontrolled noise disturbance by our inconsiderate neighbours (my room was just above the reception on level 2). I would suggest hotel management to exercise some control on this to enhance guests' overall experience. Despite the above, room was spacious with a balcony.

Проживали с 30 ноября по 2 декабря. Первое впечатление после того как вошел в номер было, как все замечательно. Но, как говорится первое впечатление, оно и обманчиво. Первое что не понравилось, это кондиционер - он был очень шумный (спать было совсем не комфортно под ним) и как выяснилось в дальнейшем очень грязный (были грязные лопасти). Второе это искусственное дерево на балконе, все в пыли, как будто его не разу не мыли с момента установки. Возможно это только нам не повезло. Если придираться дальше, то в ванной комнате почти везде были следы применения силиконового герметика. мебель в номере уставшая. Уборка в номере была каждый день, жаловаться не приходится ( постель была всегда застелена). Если Вам нужен вторая карта для открывания двери в номер залог 300 бат. ( что тоже не совсем понравилось). В общем неплохой отель, если не учитывать 2 жирных минуса.

Regarding air-conditioner issue, may we strongly state that in general, the process of inspection and maintenance are routinely scheduled by our technician and recently, we’ve just finished the processing of air condition big cleaning, this means the equipment was completely paid closest care. Also, the task has tremendously helped the rest of our air conditions functioned better than ever. Anyway, in case of our facilities don’t meet client’s expectation and the matter is proven, we’re willing to offer the new room in replace with FOC basis (subject to room available at a time) Concerning artificial tree and bathroom, please allow us to convey that typically, our personnel are rigidly scheduled for keeping these particular place and items spotless since we always set the cleanliness as our primary priority. Nevertheless, after hearing your observation, we immediately called of involved staffs for meeting and reemphasized the issue, also we have just increased to process of inspecting in this place so that our upcoming guests would be definitely served and treated with our best hospitality. However, as the topic you raised regarding insect, may we insist that generally our housekeepers are strictly assigned to be in charge of cleaning process, obviously indeed they rarely let any unexpected animal got inside the room. However, after thoroughly investigating your case, also inspecting the site, we found out that there was nothing suspicious as you mentioned, therefore, we strongly assume something misunderstanding probably occurred. It's the staff friendly attitude both for the check-in and breakfast that is superb. The room is okay but needs some repaint in certain area. Bathtub silicon lining with mold should also be taken care of.

We are deeply sorry to learn that there was some issue leading to your unpleasant situation while being our guest. However, may we sincerely express that the circumstance like this rarely happen at our hotel, because generally all of our staffs are heartedly embedded with moral integrity, besides each personnel has worked with us for a long time, there has no such money stealing report. Anyway, after hearing your notification of money position on the bed, we immediately investigated and got into the site and found out that our housekeeper did see such the said money while proceeding their duty as you mentioned. Therefore, we assume that this issue might be misunderstood. As for the time being, we have just stressed the matter to all of our staff and would definitely keep close attention to the issue. Moreover, we would raise the process of reemphasizing guest upon check-in about safely and cautiously keeping their rare property. Highly hope to welcome you back in the future. Spacious and comfort room
Room n bathroom are spacious. Generally clean and comfortable. However only downside is the aircon compressor is noisy. Breakfast buffet is a plus point. Location a bit far from Pratunam shopping area.

This is rather nice hotel in pratunam, near Ratchaprarop station. A bit far from platinum fashion mall for walking distance. Well maintained and clean property. But it is rather small property with few amenities.

The pictures make it seem like a nice and clean place. But it is dark, dirty and dinghy inside the rooms. It was so bad we checked out the same day and went to a new hotel.
