### Great House for Families and Big Groups

.I hired another person to do my bookings and she was not answering any of the VRBO inquiries. AHHH!!! But I'm back to handling my own bookings now. So every inquiry will get my full attention. And when you move in you will get the best SUPERHOST service!! I promise.  
  
You will love all 4 of my houses in Bangkok. Here's 1 of them. We call it HOV - House of Vlada. He was the master architect builder who helped gut renovate this house from scratch to a beautiful work of art. I wish the photos could show how cool this house really is!  
  
After many years of hosting in multiple cities we have combined all the best of what people need and want in one house. Travelers are always seeking something UNIQUE. They want to live in a house that is not like every other boring place where they've stayed. Well this house is designed to be your funnest home away from home ever. The 1st FL Climbing cage is a one of a kind. The super high ceilings gave us the opportunity to design and build this FUNtastic place to climb up in, chill out, kick back, and relax. Our guests love to climb up, spread out throughout the climbing cage with snacks, and watch a movie on the giant screen with our ceiling mounted projector. How cool is that!!  
  
The space:  
After hosting with very big houses for several years in Bangkok, we learned how guests love to travel together, stay all together in one big house, stay up late and have fun together, and cut loose from the routine of everyday life.   
  
So we designed a house especially for big groups to all hang out together. Our guests can chill out up in the Climbing Cage. Gather around the 16 person Red Table and work on projects together. Enjoy a big meal together.  
  
We also know that many people don't want to share a bed with someone else. So we gave each grown adult their own custom made adult sized single beds. Complete with a wooden box at the end of the bed to keep all of your valuables like phone, watch, wallet, glasses, etc.  
  
Each person has their own bed and their own privacy.   
  
But! if you do want to sleep together we thought of that too. We designed these custom beds on roller wheels that lock and unlock. If you want to sleep 2 beds tother then you just roll the beds together!  
Each gigantic King sized bed comfortably sleeps 2 adults - or more It's massive once you connect the 2 beds together. We spared no expense with our comfy mattresses. The sheets pillows and bedding are all top quality because no house is fun if you can't get a great night's sleep. We put lots of attention into each bed for every guest.  
  
Bathrooms don't have to be boring. We've created multiple unique bathrooms we think you will love! Bight fun cheerful yet super functioning and practical. The showers are hot and offer choices of rainfall or hand held wand. You will find one bathroom on the ground floor. Don't miss it! It's a one of a kind you will never see anywhere else! Then on the second floor there are 3 toilets, 1 shower, and 1 sink. Then on the Fourth floor you will find a massive bathroom that has FIVE SHOWERS, 2 toilets, and FIVE SINKS. No one has to wait!   
  
Our location is one of the best selling features. If you walk to the end of our quiet soi you will hit the night market. You will find every kind of food, juicing, smoothies, fried chicken, soups, 7 11, Tesco Lotus, clothes shoes make up shopping, and much more.  
  
When you want to leave home and go out into Bangkok that's easy. You either jump on a scooter taxi (motosai) right up the street, or grab a taxi, or call a Grab taxi, or walk to the bts in about 6 mins. Because Soi Pidi 2 (soy preedee song) is so popular every taxi driver in the city will always know how to bring you home (that's a really big deal by the way!!!)  
  
We think we've thought of everything but feel free to tell us of any special requests before you arrive and we'll do our best to set it up.  
Guest access:  
The whole house is all for the use of the guests. It's your home for your whole stay.  
Other things to note:  
You have to be careful these days in Bangkok where you stay because there is a lot of construction happening everywhere. Please note that in our house you will not be exposed to jack hammers or loud noise from big city life. Our soi is filled with families that have lived here a long time. They are super friendly and welcome new faces. These buildings are big concrete structures so you will be fine to enjoy yourselves inside the house with music and fun times. We are not inviting crazy wild parties, however this house is designed for a big group to come and have fun. Gathering inside with music, and laughing, and drinking is perfectly fine. We just ask everyone to be respectful after 11 pm and not keep neighbors awake all night
