The staff and shuttle were great. The restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The room was clean, but the quality of the room was lacking. The bathtub didn't drain and the finishing work around the room was sub par.

Good but not real 5 star hotel. Excellent for one night stay for morning flight. The shuttle to airport is good but not the other way around. Better plan to hire a taxi at airport. Not necessary the hotel's fault because the pickup location is really chaotic.

Interior of the property is beautiful, especially the swimming pool that overlooks the city. It was safe and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant is 24 hours and serves tasteful dishes. There is shuttle service to and from the hotel. I highly recommend the hotel!

We stayed over at Siam Mandarina for one night as a layover and it was a lovely experience. We had dinner there because we arrived late and very few options around the food was wonderful. All the staff were amazing. The next morning when we had booked the shuttle to the airport, however the shuttle had departed early, without us. We weren’t thrilled about this but the staff were so amazing one of the staff members volunteered to personally drop us off at the airport. We accepted and he also refused to accept a tip which we thought was gracious and we appreciated their generosity incredibly. We would definitely come back here.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Very clean and helpful to foreigners. Location wise, there aren’t many stores to walk around and visit unless you walk a good distance. Only thai baht is acceptable here and surrounding locations, no money exchange nearby so be sure to do so at the airport or prior to your stay Other than that the hotel staff, amenties, and conditions were great!

Siam Mandarina Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Hotel was convenient due to the free shuttle services from/to the airport. It had an onsite restaurant which costs well above going out. There were options within walking distance but very risky going across the busy road with multiple lanes. The family suite room was a good size and comfortable for our group of four adults. Bring mosquito spray as you'll have several in the room and will be waking up with bites.

Great stay. Quick and easy arrival, room was clean and very comfortable. I was allowed a late check out to coincide with shuttle departure. Many options for breakfast. The shuttle service was really good. For a taste of authentic Thailand, there are some little laneways with restaurants and shops. I found the locals very friendly. Staff at the hotel were also very helpful.

The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, understanding where to meet and get on the shuttle was a bit confusing, but not the hotel's fault, the airport's entire pick-up and shuttling system is a little confusing, but we were able to figure it out quickly. The staff from the driver, front desk, and cleaners were so kind and respectful. It was a great stay and will likely stay there again, it was perfect for our family. The restroom is nice, but the shower sprays outside the tub, there was no good way of not having the water rush outside the tub getting the floors all wet. Other than that, it was truly a very comfortable stay.

The check in to the property was great. The staff at the reception desk was very nice, they even upgraded us to a bigger room. But after that things went downhill. 1. Room : room appeared to be clean but it was infested with cockroaches. We were awake in the room for less than 30 mins as we were there just to get a few hours of sleep and in that 30 mins I saw 2 cockroaches. 2. We needed something to eat so went down to the restaurant…. Big mistake… though the food was very average (not bad, but nothing great) but the service was tremendously slow. After we were seated, no one came to take order or ask us drinks until we really had to stand up and flag them down ( there were around 5 tables occupied and 6 staff walking around). Then the food took super long to arrive and then when we asked for the bill, and waited for 20 mins, and then had to walk up to the cashier to get my bill. And all that for no apologies for the delay… When checking out, the reception nor the porter didnot even ask how the stay was. 3. Shuttle : the shuttle service was the best…. Right on time and the shuttle driver was very courteous and nice… full marks for shuttle.

The service staff was outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free upgrade to a suite. The free shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. The toilet in our room did not flush properly. Efforts were made to correct the problem but it really didn’t function properly. The room itself was a bit “tired”. For example, the shower curtain needed to be replaced.

Very modern semi-luxurious hotel with rooms facing the airport for those who enjoy watching airplanes take off and land. Although it is close to the airport, the immediate surroundings of the hotel are industrial so activities are restricted to the facility itself. Also, the hotel bills itself as being eco-conscious, which means one will not find shower caps or cotton swabs in the bathroom and will discover there is only cold water available at certain times of the day. On the most positive side of the ledger, the buffet breakfasts are truly excellent.

Property is 20 min from the airport and has a free shuttle that leaves every hour. The hotel could definitely make it more clear on where to meet for the shuttle, very confusing (btw - there is a railing with various hotel names across from the information booth on the second floor of the airport, there will be someone near the Siam Mandarina sign who reviews your reservation, takes a photo of you and arranges the shuttle pick up). There is quite a lot of road noise at the hotel because it is on a very busy road.

The staff from the greeters and the airport to the shuttle driver and restaurant staff, everyone was so kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet and dinner was tasty. Only downside is nothing around the hotel really and room was old and had a musty scent. It was clean though, would definitely stay if needing a place near the airport.
