All staff are lovely, particularly the gentleman seemingly working 24/7 at the front desk. The unprompted upgrade (weirdly coincidental 2 minutes after I stepped into the room I had initially booked) to a freshly renovated room was appreciated, however it did not completely make up for the shortcomings, in particular the permanently closed pool, which was the primary reason why I chose this hotel (photos of the pool are still front & centre on the booking website I use, wotif.com) Good room with nice, clean bathroom with good shower, good aircon, consistent wifi, nice balcony with great city view (but needs some seating.) There were some other minor problems, but to their credit staff took care of them promptly. Staff & the establishment are seemingly trying hard to improve, but the pool thing is a dealbreaker & until they stop advertising it as a key feature, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Great value hotel
Great hotel with very spacious room. We overnighted in Bangkok and stayed at Miloft Sathorn. We did not get to try the breakfast, but the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Room was very clean. Hotel is in a quiet location. Great value for the money.

Very nice rooms
It was very pleasant. Food stalls and wet market very nearby. A bit far from MRT, but bike taxies, tuk tuks, and taxies were readily available for a short ride to Robinson's mall. There were a few incidents with Wifi, but overall, I would recommend this hotel.

Everything was okay except the location! It is very difficult to leave the hotel by walking at night as there are many street dogs around. I would recommend anyone to book a hotel at a more central location if you don't want to spend money on taxi fares.

I was checked into the wrong room and had to change rooms upon returning. Depending on room your may or may not have a safety deposit box and even if you have one it may not work.When I went into my second room it had not been cleaned properly as there was someone's shaved hair all over the counter of the bathroom sink. The most helpful person at reception is Miss Izzaree. Air condition in room 615 is really loud as was the fridge. It is correct value for the price of the room. Breakfast is no longer served.

Nice hotel, but shabby
Hotel itself is nice enough, but the owner scrimped on furnishings and supplied rooms with old, used furniture and a cheap mattress with a rag for a top cover. Open drains in bathroom, wouldn't even shower there. Balcony was wonderful, but owner supplied no balcony furnishings. Large fridge, but an old, small t/v with few channels. The only saving grace about this hotel is the staff, they were very nice. Also, lobby was lovely but furnished with old, torn, shabby furniture that didn't go with hotel décor.

It was a really nice to spend 5 nights in CNR. It was little annoying to have wifi access password changing every morning. But overall it was a comfortable stay there. Next time if I come to Bangkok, I would like to stay again in CNR.

Great hotel, service and staff excellent
Great value for money hotel, all reception staff spoke English and were always courteous and patient with my endless enquirers. Helped solve a lot of language problems on numerous occasions when I needed directions or advice Room was very spacious for the price with a balcony looking over the city - great view if you disregard the local accommodation. housekeeping every day and also on request outside normal hours bathroom had great shower with hot or cold water and well furnished with complimentary toiletries as an add on Unfortunately nearest bts station 15 mins walk at a minimum, however local transport (Tuk tuk or taxi) easily available outside the hotel 50 bhat to bts 100 bhat to central bkk. Over all if you are on a tight budget then this is definitely the hotel for you Local amenities are in abundance with a 7/11 and Tesco Metro within 2 minutes walk also plenty of food stalls with a brilliant selection of local delicacies. If you are working with a tight budget then this is definitly the hotel for you!!

Why I left the CNR Hotel...
After checking in I went to my room and discovered their was not safety deposit box as promised in the description. They moved me to another room that had a safety box. The box was confusing to use (I have traveled to over 7 countries last year and found all the safety boxes to be very user friendly). The bathroom had a "sewer" smell and the toilet did not flush properly. There was also a plastic bottle filled with water and cigarette butts on the balcony. The bed was very firm. The neighborhood itself was not in the best area of Bangkok. With that being said, the hallways were clean, the lobby Ok, and the staff pleasant. I left the hotel to go to a wi fi spot and found another hotel called the Furam Silon Hotel which was double the price, but much nicer, and in a better area of town.

This is a nice hotel for the price but a little out of the way. If you walk about 8-10 blocks from sky train station or $2 tuk tuk ride. The room was very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Can't beat the price.

CNR hotel Banglok
Not a pleasant experience. Had colognes broken by cleaners and told me I should not have placed them on side table,, go figure. We all know how hot it is in Bkk, and how much you value a good shower, well the experience of 2 separate shower heads i.e. 1 for hot and 1 for cold left me dumbfounded. I don't expect much more than a clean working room for the price I paid, but the snickering and finger pointing from the staff from the cologne issue left me in a state of concern for my belongings. I checked out early, no shortage of rooms in Bkk!! Will not stay CNR again.

The hotel in new and apparently was built to be a luxury hotel. Unfortunately it is poorly managed. The room was not as clean as one would expect for that price in BK (hairs of previous costumer on the bathroom floor, for example). the shower did not drain properly and systematically flooded the bathroom. the security box did not work. the door lock was about to fall apart. On top of this the staff is not very kind and does not speak english well (although it depends a lot on the person on duty, I arrived on a sunday and the man at reception only spoke few words of English, but the next day there was a lady who was not fluent but could communicate well). The location is not bad, but could be better: the nearest restaurant is about 15 minutes (walking) away, and so is public transport too.

Nice place to stay
Hotel is not on main road, so very quiet. Main roads are close, tuk-tuk's and taxi's readily available; Silom Road silver, gold, and gem stores, as well as many other shopping choices are only a couple kilometers north; access to free-ways and toll-ways nearby. The hotel is clean, bed reasonably comfortable. A/C worked very well. View from balcony good but not great (we stayed in a room on the 5th floor; room at a higher floor level would have given a much nicer view). Food in restaurant was okay, good taste, not much variety but adequate. Price was very good for overall quality of services. I'll be back....

STOR SKUFFELSE
Dette skulle være et 4 stjernes hotel og bildene såg fantastiske ut, men..... Bassengområdet på taket var slitt. Det var bare en duk i bassenget og vannet var saltet så mye at det svei. På rommet var det to ting som trakk veldig ned: Sengene var stein harde og i dusjen var det to separate dusjer, en for kaldt vann og en til varmtvann med en slags heater inne i dusjen. Frokosten var nesten utelukkende asiatisk med ris og nudler. De hadde loff og syltetøy... thats it. Vi fikk bare en romnøkkel så hver gang vi skulle ut måtte vi ta ut kortet av magnetbryteren og rommet var glovarmt når vi kom inn igjen. ANBEFALER IKKE DETTE HOTELLET !

スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで丁寧です。設備は水回り関係に少し古さを感じ、シャワーを固定するヘッドがぐらぐらしていて、きちんと固定できませんでした。スイッチも子供120㎝には届かないところにあり、一人でシャワーができませんでしたが、大きな問題ではありません。

We lived the hotel on 31/12/2019, we went to Asiatique for over year.It isn't so far for walking to Asiatique and BTS station. The hotel is clean, however it is an older hotel, the flushing of close stool was very weak and caused stuck.

ホテル周辺は、近隣駅からは、10分程度あるきますが、ローカルな街を楽しめると思います。 ３日間同じスイートに宿泊しましたが、古いですが清掃は、行き届いています。ただ、やはり建物が古いからでしょうか〜トイレが詰まります。連絡ミスなのか、三人なのにアメニティやタオル類が二セットしかなく、フロントに言うとタオルは、持ってきてくれたけど、２泊目も二セットしかなく、フロントに伝えると、バスタオルだけ一枚渡された。３泊目には、やっと三セット用意されてた。 屋上のプールは、素晴らしい夜景が見えるプールです。そして貸切状態でした。 素敵だけど。バスタオルやローブ貸してくれるとプール入り口に書いてあるからフロントに言うと、バスタオルは、渡してくれたが、接客問題あり。 トイレットペーパーは、予備がなく、三人がトイレに行くと、朝のトイレットペーパーがないっです。 冷蔵庫があるのでフルーツ冷やして食べたり便利です。 朝食は、食べてません。 特別なサービスは、期待しません。 ただ、フロント対応は、大事なので、残念です。フロント対応良かったらおススメします。

Sono stato bene.
L' albergo ha una bella "lobby" che lascia immaginare un certo lusso che però non è presente nel resto dell'albergo. La piscina sul tetto è di plastica, del tipo "provvisorio-smontabile" come quelle da giardino, ma comunque utilizzabile per rilassarsi un po'. In generale siamo stati bene. Il personale gentilissimo. Vale il prezzo pagato.

Ei ole minkään ostoskeskuksen yhteydessä!! Varasimme 2 yötä ja lähdimme 1 yön jälkeen pois. Epämiellyttävä alue. Ei mitään kunnollisia tai muutakaan ihan hotellin läheisyydessä ja allasbaari liekö koskaan ollutkaan toiminnassa. Hotellin respa-aula ainut hieno paikka, vaikkakin uima-allas ovat huikeat näköalat, ei uima-allas ollut kovin houkutteleva. Aamiainen surkea. Suurin osa hotellin henkilökunnasta ei osannut englantia ja se vaikeutti asiointia. Ei enää tänne!

Redelijk hotel qua prijsklasse
We sliepen twee nachten in het hotel en hebben goed geslapen. Alles is aanwezig voor een normale overnachting maar geen luxe oid en het hotel ligt ver van de culturele hoogtepunten. Op 5min lopen kun jevoor slechts 9baht de lijnbus 1 in springen. Taxi is zonde van je geld want je staat toch wel in de file tenzij je besluit ongeveer een uurtje te gaan lopen. Zo lang duurt een ritje in de file ook trouwens.

청소가 전혀 안된 방을 줘서 많이 불쾌했다. 더워 죽겠는데 8층에서 1층까지 내려가야되는 불편함 에어컨에서 물이 마구 쏟아졌다 많이 발전되야겠다 야시장까지의 거리는 걸어서 40분 오토바이로 10분 내외
