They gave me trouble checking in saying they cannot find my reservation.I gave him the reservation number he and show them my receipt. Room look unmaintained, no soap or any amenities. The bed was basically sleeping in the floor. We paid for the 50$ room upgrade and was very dissatisfied. I stayed in a 20$ hotel closer to the subway/BTS and it was 💯% nicer.
