We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are clean and hotel is new. The hotel area is not very busy compare to others. About 10 mins walk to BTS. Staffs are helpful, they tried very hard to look for taxi for us.

Excellent Choice for a stay at Bangkok. Kind and very welcoming staff. Very new property stocked with all needed amenities.Centrally located to malls, Lumpini Park and other tourist attractions. The one bedroom premier unit was very spacious, had trendy decor, comfortable bed and an excellent view of the city ! Staff is the highlight. Thank you Mr.Tor for your kind help during our stay. Will highly recommend this property !

New property. Location was not ideal for my needs. However, the property and staff were top notch. Reception, bell boy’s, and concierge were very helpful. Would not hesitate to stay again even when considering the need to take cab down to Sukhumvit.

Would’ve been a perfect 10 but…
Pros: -Beautiful and brand new hotel. So new that the restaurant and rooftop bar wasn’t built out yet but that will come in time. -Amazing service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lek and Mr Peace are an asset to this hotel. Cons: -Lacking bathrooms. No outlets and very dark bathroom. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and both bathrooms were built without any outlets. A call to front desk and we immediate got an extension cord delivered. However due to the dark bathroom I had to style my hair in the kitchen. -Sathon road can get very congested and difficult to hail a taxi. TIP: -There is another Ascott Sathon, make sure you tell the driver you need to go to Ascott EMBASSY Sathon. Terrible mistake during rush hour. -Check out restaurant in back of the hotel called Plu. Amazing ambiance AND food!
