I stayed here while attending a freind's wedding in Bangkok. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The pool was much smaller than advertised, but got the job done for some quick relaxing. The fitness center was decent as well. Overall this was a good experience. The only thing I would caution about is that Soi 8 is pretty close to Soi 4, which is like a Red Light district with lots of prostitutes and ladyboys. When walking to and from the hotel, I was propositioned many many times. I just declined and continued along my way, so it wasn't that big of a deal to me. But if you are there on a more family oriented trip, this is probably not ideal for you. The hotel is very close to the Na Na station for the BTS (the metro), which is convenient for getting around Bangkok. The hotel has its own tuk tuk to take you around, but the hotel staff does not understand English very well, so you really have to take your time to explain where you want to go. All in all, not bad!

"Next to Terminal 21 Mall and Asoke BTS and Metro"
This is a great hotel that is easily accessible by public transportation and close to Bangkok nightlife. Great view from pool of the city. The bed was very firm. I am unsure if all beds in the hotel are like this. If you like shopping, then Terminal 21 is right next door. I would highly recommend eating at the Pier 21 food court in the mall as well. You put money onto a card, and swipe away at the many different vendors. A couple of hundred baht on the card can go a long way and last a few days!
I stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was very spacious and well furnished. The rooms best feature is the washer dryer combo. After a long holiday in Chaam we really needed clean clothing.
Staff soooo friendly and helpful.

We've styed this hotel 2 times, first time for one night, and the second time we've spent there 2 nightes. The hotel is modern equipped, kids enjoyed fast elevators, swimming pool and very good cousine in the restaurant. Both times we were staying in apartments (2 rooms and 1 room apartment).
It is wery cool to sit around the table the whole family in the morning and have some breakfast we brought with us and put to the fridge. All cooking facilities are in place a cattle, microwave, pans, plates, forks, knives everything like at home. And when kids are sleeping you can spend some time in the living room with laptop. The bed was also very nice, it is big and soft, it was a great pleasure to sleep.
I've put 4 of 5 for staff, because we had one problem they didn't help us. We've booked a 2 rooms apartment for 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids) and we've got 2 rooms with 2 big beds, and a sofa in the living room. Kids couldn't sleep altogether in one bed, so we decided to put one of them to the sofa in the living room. I've asked personnel to provide a couple of additional bed sheets and they couldn't provide them.
So the overall impression of the hotel is very good, everything is clean and comfortable.

The facilities are top notch. Excellent rooms and a gorgeous swimming pool. The location is great, a little of from Sukimvit but close to a bunch of nice restaurants and shops.
The only complaint I have is that there were three of us in a room and they refused to give an extra keycard which was rather inconvenient.
I would definitely stay here again if I am back in Bangkok!
This hotel exceeds our expectation. We didn't know that we booked an executive suite for 2! We booked two rooms for our family and to our surprise, they are corner lot suite with nice city views. Although it is a bit too big for us, we enjoyed the luxurious experience.
