There's nothing going on right outside although head over to Soi Si Bamphen road where there are some decent cafes and restaurants. The Wifi was appalling. It looks like a warehouse, and it's like living in a garage. In the room, basic things like a bedside lamp are available on special request. The only light is a glow tube above the bed. Some pipes on the low ceiling make such noises at night that it's impossible to sleep, moreover, the air conditioner is roaring like an airplane, so... In the micro-bathroom, the shower floods everything, so mud spreads all over the room. The window is covered all the time because there is an air conditioner and a wall outside the window. For similar money, I've lived in much better places in Bangkok.
