Always loved this hotel and been staying there for years. Staff is wonderful and very helpful. Special kudos to William at the front desk which is grossly understaffed and overworked. William made my stay at the hotel much more pleasurable and fun. I realized that the hotel is under new ownership and this is a reopening phase and there is a learning curve. However, I found many shortcomings primarily by upper management and ownership.
1. Front desk and reception very understaffed and needs help. They need to be supported.
2. They seem to cater to a narrow group of people ignoring the rest. i.e, No beef of any kind served at buffet.
3. Room service is poor and menu very limited.
4. Not one English speaking channel on TV.
5 Hotel information in rooms very outdated.
I hope the management pays attention and improve these. I will give them another try soon.
Once again, William at front desk is great and needs to supported and promoted.
