Hôtel de bonne tenue, malgré une climatisation bruyante comme trop souvent en Thaïlande. Le staff est très sympathique et fait le maximum : c'est le point positif de cet hôtel par ailleurs très bien situé.

短期5日の滞在では、特に困ることなく、設備も整っていた。カードキー。EV、喫煙エリア有り。 洗濯代をけちると、わりきり、工夫が必要かも。初日であきらめ、Tシャツを洗わず干す、1枚買うでしのぐ。 近くの飲食店も味よし。スーパー、コンビニも近く、プロンポン駅近く、エムクオーティエには、メジャーな銀行全部、地下にそこそこの両替あり。

Alleyway but no frills clean hotel
No frills hotel but clean and comfortable.. near bts station and opposite has restaurants and near Emquatier. 7/11 round the corner. Mostly Japanese clientele since has authentic Japanese food mostly within this area Cons: is in a 1-way street alleyway and unless you know your way around your first impression would be a backpacker hostel. Cheaper than most places during peak however I did pay AUD166/night for a 32sqm "superior suite" which was very comfortable last minute booking Since it's one of my regular hotel and I navigate the taxi and grab drivers how to get there!! ขอบคุณมากค่ะ Khun Tannaporn, Wei, Apple, (another Thai front reception lady forgotten name -sorry - gave me fresh tamarind from uncle's plantation), Soe and the housekeeping team plus security guard.

No frills, clean hotel.
Extension stay to my superior suite room. One of my regular hotels when I usually just book superior. Looks can be deceiving since it's located along a 1-way alleyway. Decent and clean even though looks like a bagpacker hostel.. I found it while my Aussie Thai friend took me to authentic Japanese restaurant opposite. There're 3 plus 2 nice Chinese restaurants. This area is mainly Japanese clientele with a few bars and a karaoke bar but it isn't too noisy as I request for a room further. Near bts and Emquatier. Clean. Polite and helpful staff. Thank you very much for a welcoming stay again and happy New Year 2024 (2567) to Khun Thanna and the team.

No frills good hotel
Stayed in superior suite room 2 nights. Nice new foam pillows compared to superior rooms but beds are very comfortable both superior and suite rooms.

Booked for 5 nights but only stayed for 1 because the property was not up to expectations and had experienced paranormal activity at night while we were asleep. Hotel management denied my request for refund / partial refund as well.

初めて行きましたが、プロンポン駅から分かりやすいです。フロントの方が親切でした。帰りの便が遅いためレイトチェックアウトをお願いしたところ、受け入れてもらいました。部屋も綺麗で普通に設備は整っていますし、近くにスーパーやコンビニもあります。

Very comfortable bed, has a safe, good shower, very good air con, good elevator, close to a 7-11, BTS train not far, small refrigerator, great electronic room key. Pillows are a bit too big, and room price was too high. Wei reception lady was so warm and extremely helpful. Another reception lady laughed at me rudely for me asking to verify some plans. Don’t laugh at customers.!!! Be professional.

アットホームで親切なスタッフとプロンポンの駅からも近く、部屋も広くて綺麗で値段もリーズナブルでとても好感の持てるホテルでした。お互い片言の英語で意思疎通もできましたし、カンチャナブリへのタクシーチャーター手配もスムーズにできました。

Cosy property, friendly staff, easy walking to metro station and main road yet quiet. Room layout was well designed. The property is basic and functional, room is comfortable, and is a good budget option if traveling solo. The newspaper in the lobby and refreshments for guests are a nice touch. Would stay again.

Clean, cheap no frills hotel.
2nd stay after trip to Europe. Cons: alleyway and much more difficult to hail a taxi. Small lift and corridors. Pros: great staff, front desk (Thank you Khun T & Wei). Great housekeeping staff. Only tried this hotel since I've been to the 3 great authentic Japanese restaurants and 2 Chinese restaurants as my Thai friend took me there and massage opposite (฿250/hr). 7/11 walking distance at the corner of Sukhumvit 41. Note: there were no roaches, ants etc in both stays. As customers, one should atleast rinse your sweet cans of drink so as to not attract ants etc to the rooms. There are only 3 housekeeping staff handling 60 rooms. Do you even tip them??

Excellent short stopover convenient clean hotel.
Convenient and price for a short stay in bkk. Don't expect a view. Carry your own bags. Pros: clean,cheap, near bts, walking distance to Emquatier, great Japanese and Chinese restaurants, 7/11 at corner, coin laundromat outside next door, polite staff especially Wei, lift but small, safe area even for solo female, luggage weighing scale. Cons: alleyway, may be difficult to find, small lift, views are shop lots opposite the road. Narrow hallways no air A/C to lift.

2022年10月に続き、2回目の利用です。 とにかくプロンポーン駅のエレベーターが都合のいい向きであるし、バイタク乗り場は近くにあるし、交通系は完璧です。 今回はコロナが明けたのもあって、夜中までガヤガヤうるさかったです。目の前が飲食店なので仕方ないかもしれないですが。それでもこの広さと立地でこのお値段は良しです！
