The swimming pool water is very Cold! And the jacuzzi water is kept Freezing cold on purpose!! By definition the water in the jacuzzi must be WARM OR HOT, they purposefully keep it extremely cold , such a waste of beautiful scenery and amenities. I spoke to staff there and they do not understand that jacuzzi water is supposed to be warm...

The property is TERRIFIC - the room are spacious and nicely decorated. The property is about 1.5km away from Sukhumvit road so it is very quiet However, taxis and transportation is a MAJOR issue. It is the only criticism I have of this property. 137 is located on a one way road and the hotel needs to add staff on the road to gain access to taxis. You should expect to have to wait 10-15 minutes every time you need transportation ... and at busy times, this could be even longer

What can I say! The property was exceptional! Staff were super friendly and went an extra mile. The area is super quiet, it’s tucked away in the heart of Sukhumvit away from the noise and craziness that’s Bangkok. Thoroughly loved our stay and will definitely be back soon.
