Near the airport so i appreciated to go sleep immediately after 20 hours of plane. Nice mall and Sky Bar near the hotel. A good start, however i will only stay a few days because its far from the downtown action. I recommand this hotel to start or end your trip.

Personnel tres sympatique, serviable et souriant. A 2 pas de Robinson et a 200 metres du centre commercial Paseo. Seule la douche dans la salle de bain est a revoir ainsi que le probleme de pression et d'eau chaude.

Toujours très pratique et service impeccable
Comme à chaque voyage en Thailande et en raison d'une correspondance matinale nous faisons le choix de cet hôtel. Service de navette aéroport très efficace, ponctuel et rapide (même si pour cette fois la pré-réservation n'a pas correctement fonctionné via le formulaire en ligne sur le site de l'hôtel). Check-in rapide, chambre plus propre que la fois passée et conforme au descriptif même si nous n'avions pas de tables de nuits. Très pratique aussi le nouveau centre commercial récemment inauguré et attenant à l'hôtel (si une porte pouvait être perçée au bout de la piscine nous n'aurions même plus besoin de faire le tour du bloc). Juste un petit bémol : les couloirs sont bruyants (ou les portes peu épaisses) surtout lorsque des groupes sont présents au même étage. Nous recommandons cet établissement car nous sommes satisfaits du service et du rapport qualité/prix

Tout était parfait! Par exemple, le transport aller-retour de l’aéroport à l’hôtel. Et les  « lunch box » pour dépanner lorsque le restaurant est fermé. Hôtel standard, mais avec tous les services dans sa catégorie. Je m’attendais à des écarts par rapport à certains standards dans le domaine hôtelier, mais tout était conforme.

Hotel proche de l'aéroport (10min avec navette gratuite de l'hôtel) Très bon accueil professionnel ! Chambre standard agréable et calme, avec petite attention comme des figurines en forme d'éléphant faites avec les serviettes de bain déposé sur le lit. Ménage approfondi à effectuer !!! Climatiseur bruyant ! Petit déjeuner sympa mais limité en choix. Piscine extérieure à disposition. Commerce de proximité à 10 min à pied. Hôtel simpa, le personnel un peu moins
Partagé. Deux séjours, un à notre arrivée en Thaïlande, un à notre départ. Chambre et lieu commun propre. Toutefois si vous avez besoin d’informations, la réception n’est pas très agréable, et se limite au stricte minimum. Si vous avez besoin d’un taxi, aller au bout de la rue et attendais qu’il y en ai un qui passe. (Prenez les taxi réglementé... ça évitera les mauvaises surprises) Sinon la note va sérieusement piquer. Pour la navette de l’aeroport, insistez pour les avoir en ligne, ou bien prenez un taxi (150 baht), Car ce service n’est pas au point. A deux c’est pas grave, mais pour une famille nombreuses c’est plus contraignant. Petit déjeuner complet avec un grand choix. Dans les environs, en marchant un peu, vous tomberez sur des super street food. Satisfait dans l’ensemble.

Piscine, restaurant et navette au top
Situé à environ 15 min de l'aéroport international, il suffit de préciser par e-mail votre horaire d'arrivée et vous serez pris en charge par une hôtesse d'accueil à l'aéroport. L'établissement propose une navette gratuite, toutes les 40 min, lorsque vous aurez besoin de retourner à l'aéroport, en s'inscrivant au minimum 2h avant. Belle piscine. Restaurant sur place très peu cher, cuisine vitrée qui permet de voir s'activer la courageuse cuisinière, dont le couteau hache sans relâche uniquement des légumes frais !

日本語対応となってましたがタイ語と英語のみでした。 スタッフの方は優しいですし、空港までも近く最終日などの宿泊には便利かと思います。 お部屋は清潔でしたが、シャワールームに扉がなくトイレがびしょびしょになりました。笑
