"I think is an amazing hotel with amazing staff. They are incredibly knowledgeable front desk workers. I wish I could communicate with them more in English, however, it’s more or less my fault for not speaking the best Korean. The front desk worker helped me when my toilet got clogged and brought me a plunger. Which was a little embarrassing but he was incredibly nice about it. Thank you so much for making my Korean experience great!"

"Our stay at Hotel Haven was honestly so lovely and comfortable! We didn't interact much with staff, only when checking in and out, and then redeeming our free beer at the bar - but they were nice and pleasant enough😊 The lady working in the convenience store was extra lovely and helpful though, so I want to make sure I mention her!! The reception area is very nice, and whilst I didn't get to use the pool, it looked lovely - it's not quite an 'infinity' pool though as they say, so don't expect a glass-edge or anything. The room was really big, with everything laid out well, clean, and comfortable! It was a pleasant surprise to find the bed was actually bigger than a double sized bed - I believe it may have been a queen bed? Either way, it was so big and very comfortable. Also the view was amazing, it was exactly as I had hoped it would be - there's a lovely balance between seeing the bridge and the town area to the left, and then seeing the slightly more open Ocean, with Odongdo Island and even a lighthouse in the distance lighting up the ocean a little at night! So beautiful. There's not much immediately around the hotel itself, but the location makes a perfect base to head off from, & taxis were always immediately available via the KakaoTaxi app (they would always arrive instantly after booking so we didn't have to wait around). We were very impressed by what we got for the price, & would love to stay there again if I'm ever lucky enough to travel to beautiful Yeosu again!"

"대리석 바닥이라 아기가 넘어질수 있고 별도의 침구도 제공되지 않았습니다. 벽지가 좀 뜯겨 있다던지 선정리가 안되었다던지 등 룸의 상태가 좋다고 생각 되진 않았네요. 수영장과 워터파크는 뷰도 좋고 아이들이 놀기 좋다 느껴졌습니다. 다만 탈의실이 로비에 멀리 떨어져있어 불편했고, 9월 이후 레스토랑등 100퍼센트 서비스가 제공이 되지않는데 가격우 성수기와 비슷한 부분은 잘 이해가 되지 않았습니다"

"This trip was to celebrate my parent's 40 years wedding anniversary. 1. Check-in was not smooth and confirmed with a receptionist that they will arrange window seat for dinner dining but when I get there, they were even not able to find my dinner reservation and needed to wait there for a while. It was so embarrassed and sorry to my parents 2. Would wanted to use some facilities and asked for the guide to the concierge/reception but no one very clear about hotel facilities and keep asking me that 'why are you asking the details?', 'facility is there, go and check'. It was kinda horrible experience and would not willing to visit there again."
