« Dans le descriptif de l'hôtel on pense accéder à tout mais c'est quand on prend une suite que c'est le cas. Impossible de faire du change la personne habilitée n'est jamais là. Il vaut mieux parler coréen pour se comprendre , le chauffage au sol est mal réglé et oblige à mettre la climatisation en hiver d'où un sommeil peu récupérateur. Le restaurant est très bon, ainsi que le reste »

« Booked Hotel Louize because there were no other hotels available on a holiday weekend. We were a group of friends that booked the 1 standard bed and 1 twin bed. The location was very convenient, the staff was very nice (but did not speak english), and the room was spacious for South Korea. « Un peu déçue du fait que la chambre soit beaucoup trop petite pour 15 jours et qu’il y n’y ai pas de fenêtre donc aucun moyen d’avoir une vrai aération. "Nous avions deux chambres. Mauvaises odeurs dans les chambres. Dans la notre la climatisation faisait un bruit horrible et fuyait, le tapis tout mouillé. Pas de papier toilette après nettoyage de la chambre, il faut réclamer pour qu'on remette de l'eau dans le frigo. Serviettes très abîmées, pas digne de cette catégorie d'hôtel. Lit pas très confortable. Il a fallu que j'achète deux bonnets de bains pour que les filles puissent nager. La salle de sport est bien. La piscine est bien. Le parking gratuit."
