"Nice hotel for quick nights stay"
Small quaint hotel in Canmore AB. Desk and pub/restaurant closed early. Room was cute and comfortable for a couple. Bed was excellent. My wife noted there were large holes (seams failed) in the provided house coat.

"Seemed like Paradise - but"
We stayed at the lodge for a weekend getaway from Calgary. The lodge was easy to get to. We parked at the overnight parking location, and a shuttle bus promptly took us to the lodge, and the check-in process was quick. We noticed that there was a wedding going on in the lodge as well. The rooms were comfortable, with nice toiletries, wood fireplace, kindling supplies, coffee maker. Our room's balcony faced the lake, which was a plus. The place was quiet and serene. All that changed at night! At about 2 am, we were rudely awoken by sounds of screaming and partying. We could clearly hear one of the guys screaming - "This is why we work here!", many times. There were other people chanting the room number where the "party" was on. From the voices it seemed like the room below suddenly was having a full-blown party with maybe 10 people (presumable Lodge staff). Disturbed, I made a call to the front desk. After a few minutes, I saw two vehicles come by our room. No one opened the door for a few minutes when the lodge staff came to break up the party. Then I could hear two persons (a guy and a girl) reprimanding the party-ers. When the door finally opened, the woman said - "Thanks for opening the door **** ". The guy was telling the party - "You should have known better". The party was dispersed within 10 minutes, but we lost sleep for the rest of the night. The next morning, during checkout, we complained to the staff at the front desk, but it fell on deaf ears. She just...

"Great Stay"
Overall a nice place to stay in Banff. Check in/out was quick and efficient, the room was nice and spacious. The stone fire place was wonderful (be sure to leave a window open, as the room gets smoky)

"Great lodge on a great lake…"
I highly recommend Moraine Lake Lodge for its accommodations and proximity to the lake. My wife and I went here for our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed the lodge and its surroundings. Of the two lakes (Louise & Moraine), we were grateful we stayed at Moraine Lake Lodge as its lake and surrounding mountains and its hiking trails were more appealing and less touristy.

"Great hotel, beautiful views"
I stayed at this hotel for a business trip last week. It was a very nice hotel, not too fancy but more than sufficient. Small room, but had a balcony with beautiful views of the mountains so that made up for it. Thoroughly enjoyed eating at the hotel restaurant for a breakfast and numerous suppers - no need to leave when great food was right there! Enjoyed the daily sightings of deer near the hotel too!

restaurant food is over priced and the quality isn't so good. $30 of daily parking fee is too much considering we paid high price for the hotel why they still charge for parking fee? Other than that, the rest of services are good.
