Loved the Mountain View’s around the hotel. The free shuttle to Lake Louise, norquay, sunshine village and Banff village were a great bonus! The staff were courteous and friendly. Overall a great place to stay in Banff.
We booked this hotel last minute as we were passing through Canmore. The staff was great and the hotel was lovely. The room was huge and breakfast was a nice continental style. Great location and Easy to get to. I would stay here again and recommend to a friend

The suite was very comfortable. Flooring heating made a huge difference in warming the room. The room was clean, bed is comfortable and wifi signal was excellent. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
