Very relaxing & quiet stay. Everything was spectacular. Staff was very friendly. S’mores in our room over the fire were a nice touch. Definitely would stay again. We enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

I have been returning to Emerald Lake for 37 years. It is always welcoming, the food is wonderful and the surroundings simply beautiful. I always leave with a sense of calm and feeling refreshed.

Our stay at Emerald Lake Lodge was excellent. Food was great, service was really good and the the staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a minor noise disturbance in our cabin that was dealt with in a reasonable timeline. The manager, Rachel was very accommodating and understanding. The rooms were really clean and cozy. Would definitely go back!

Loved Emerald Lake! The staff were polite and helpful. The property is beautiful but the rooms could be updated. Recommend packing light if you plan to stay here. We will be back!

Location is beautiful. Worth asking for a lake view. Was a bit worried coming with small children but staff very welcoming.

The situation on the lake was excellent and allowed easy access for walks. The food offering was good and the view from the room great. The lounge areas were a real bonus, especially the upstairs lounge with billiard table and cosy seating. I would stay again

Beautiful location but very inconvenient commuting and check-in. Nice staffing. No instruction provided on where to park and take a shuttle. Plus no internet or wifi in room.

The area is unbeatable. Even in winter conditions, the remote, quiet and peaceful terrain is beautiful to take in. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. The cabin itself could use a little work, but incredibly quaint and cozy.

The property is so unique and in the most beautiful location ❤️. Very minor things that could be improved are how clean the room is, 300$ per night I expect the place to be spotless. Unfortunately dust in the corners toothpaste around the sink, dusty blinds. Attention to detail would put this place over the top. We definitely would not hesitate to return as the location is incredibly beautiful. The staff are fantastic. The food is tasty. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to unplug and relax in a picturesque environment❤️

5 Star location. Bathroom was dated and rundown, but clean. With the lack of cell service and limited wifi, it's the perfect place for a quiet escape.

This is a peaceful and well worth trip for a getaway or just to wake up to a spectacular view. The staff are always willing to help and you are provided 24/7 shuttle service to your vehicle and front desk assistance for any questions. The restaurants are a bit on the pricey side but, for the food you get and the view while you eat I will say it’s worth it! I would highly recommend visiting at any time of the year !

We had such a wonderful stay! Epic views, great food and friendly attentive staff. The only downfall we would say is, it was not disclosed ahead of time that the sauna would not be working as we were really looking forward to that after a long hike.

I was disappointed with the VIP status because we didn’t get an upgrade. I mean what’s the use of being VIP when you get nothing for it? I am also disappointed with the room that we have. It doesn’t even have a kettle to boil hot water and the room was a bit old and looks a bit dirty especially the comforter. The only good thing about it was the view and how close our cabin to the main lodge.

Absolutely stunning. Quiet, tranquil escape. Fireplaces in the rooms were the nicest added touch, and my private balcony/deck overlooking the lake was the winter paradise I needed.
