Most amazing stay we’ve ever had. They upgraded our stay to the best view for my birthday, such kind staff, Judson helped us have the stay of a lifetime. Would recommend to everyone I know!

The receptionist Carolina was very friendly and pleasant. Hotel was very clean and perfect location. We stayed four nights and enjoyed our stay and the beautiful scenery. Only wish the shower water pressure was better, was very weak.

We had a very nice stay at the property. We went out hiking a lot in the snow and it was great that the hotel offers bear spray, snow shoes and snow chains for renting out for the day. Super convenient that we didn’t have to buy or rent them from elsewhere.

We booked a family suite/room. The price was reasonable, location was good, staff and service were fine but the cleanliness of the room was not. The 2 wine glasses in our room were dirty, one was sticky on the outside. The room phone was very dirty, the white pillows looked unclean, either stained or not well washed, the mini fridge needed a good clean as well, and the side table in the room had a lot of dust on the second shelf, top of the side table was clean but that’s it. The room furniture is very dated, can easily and inexpensively be refinished to add some charm. The carpeting on the stairs and in the hallway could also be replaced, quite worn. I took pick it not sure if I can add them…

We stayed here because of the extra bedroom arrangement with 3 beds total so that our teens don't have to share a bed like in a typical hotel room. It was perfect. Only complaint was that we really missed having a microwave, but that's on me for not double checking that before hand. We loved the outdoor hot tub. Easter brunch was also very delicious, we were stuffed to the brim.

Overall our stay was great! We were extremely excited to have a large soaker tub to relax in after the day! Bistro was fabulous, my only qualm was on saturday morning we called to order breakfast to our room but was told they were not doing room service over the long weekend. We were not told by the front staff upon check in so we were sprightly disappointed.

I will definitely come back to this hotel. The price is right, staff are nice, the location is what I love most. It’s facing the mountains and on the other side you see the Banff town scenery. It’s an old hotel I guess but well taken cared of. The bed is amazing and very clean room. I felt comfortable there. In the summer I bet it would be beautiful dining outside of the restaurant.

The Juniper was quiet, safe, quaint, charming, and had a retreat feel. Loved the smell of Juniper via the soaps and shampoos. Great staff and clean rooms! Super cute bathroom!
